Please feel free to come to our Community Vaccine Clinic from 9AM to 2PM on Saturday, June 26th, 2021.
The event will be at 2171 Mack Road, Douglasville, GA and is only available for Douglas County residents.
Please bring ID showing a Douglas County residence or other such proof (Mail, bills, etc. )
Upon arrival you will be able to fill out our registration in person.
All cats must be in carriers and all dogs should be restrained at all times.
All citizens must stay in their vehicle at all times for safety.
