WatchMyJobSite.com Leasing Agreement
This Equipment Leasing Agreement (“Lease of Equipment”) is made effective as of the date of this online form by and between Active Alarms (“Lessor”), 518 Holly Ln. Duncanville, TX 75116 and Leesee listed below (Lessee)
The agreement of the parties is as follows:
1. Equipment subject to Lease. Lessor shall lease the Equipment (“Equipment”) on an as needed basis and charged a daily rate per unit based on the model ordered. Lessee will be billed monthly for all units being leased and that amount will be due within thirty (30) days of the bill date.
2. Lessee will place orders at www.WatchMyJobSite.com and include their PIN Number on the order form. That order will then constitute a legal and binding purchase order for equipment to be leased. Equipment will continued to be leased until a pick-up order is requested by Lessee. 72 hours notice must be given by Lessee to Lessor on all units to be picked up. Requests for pick-up or service may also be made at www.WatchMyJobSite.com
3. Lessee will be subject to a 3% per month charge for all past due invoices. Insufficient Check Charge: Lessee shall be charged $25 for each check that is returned.
4. Any Equipment not returned or made available for pick-up, including unit leases not paid, will be subject to a $4500 to $6500 replacement fee each depending upon the model.
5. Lessee will make available access for deliveries and pickups including lock-box or other access necessities.
6. Lessor will maintain equipment and will arrange prompt service to Lessee site for any unit suspected of malfunction. Lessor expresses no guarantee that JDS2 equipment will prevent criminal activity or vandalism at Lessee's properties.
7. Customer acknowledges that the Job-Site Deterrent System Equipment is a lease of the services provided and does not constitute a licensing agreement to reproduce, or buy the equipment. All JDS2 units and associated Equipment are the sole property of Active Alarms and must be returned or given access to retrieve upon request.
8. Lessee shall not attempt to open the units or allow others to open the units to inspect, service or survey the units design.
9. Any and all attempts to reproduce, copy the design or concept of the JDS2 may be an infringement of our Patent rights.
10. There is a $35 set up/delivery/pickup fee for each Alarm Barrel delivered. 11. Current rates: $4/day for standard, $7/day for text notifications and $8/day for interactive models.
