Welcome to our automated clinician selection system. You will be asked a few short questions about your needs and our system will select the best clinician (Clinical Director or Clincal Supervisor level) to complete your first appointment. This is an intake session unique to our practice known as a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment or CCA for short. The clinician you meet with will use the information gathered during your CCA to customize a treatment plan for you or your child (depending on who you are coming in for). The clinician you see for your CCA may end up being the clinician assigned or it could be one of our other highly trained clinicians. As a result, we are able to customize our services to the specific mental health needs of you and your family. We focus on quality over quanitity and our intake process is an example of this approach.
Using our automated on-line clinician select system is the fastest way to schedule your first appointment because it allows you to immediately see the availability of your chosen clinican. You may also choose to call our office at 1-888-850-4891 (option 1 for new clients) if you do not want to use this system. However, we may not be available to answer the phone immediately due to call volume or being in session with clients. If so, we will call you back within 24 hours of your call. Even if you are unsure or have questions, we recommend using the automated system to make your first appointment and calling the office later with any questions you have as appointment slots fill up quickly. This ensures you have booked your session even if you have questions and call the office for clarification.
You can always cancel your first appointment without any charge as long as you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session start time. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Your card will not be charged when you book the appointment. Our private pay rates range between $50 and $135 per session (rates can change). Your fist session is $135 at the time of service. It is at the high end of our range because you are meeting with the clinical director or a supervisor and you will be covering a lot of items in the session. If you are using insurance (as long as we are in network with them) you will be charged the max allowed amount for your service based on your insurance company (usually between $70 and $98) until your deductible or max out of pocket is met then you will only be charged your copay. Budget is one of the items considered during your fist session and will be used as input in selecting your clinician.
