This application is required to complete and finalize your registration. Once complete, please make sure you have also submitted payment for your registration fee. By becoming a 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals/7Figure Travel Dreams Travel Partner/Agent/Consultant, you will receive the ability to travel at discounted and exclusive rates. (Excluding registration for Travel Partner. Travel Partners are only able to travel at discounted rates provided to them by assigned/partnered Travel Consultant). Please note, once deals are sent, payment is due immediately in order to lock in the deal, unless a payment plan option is available. 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals is not responsible for deals that are not available due to lack of payment or attention or if the deals sell out. As a Travel Consultant or Travel Agent, you will be able to discount travel on your own in select booking systems. All payments for registration as a 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals Travel Partner/Agent/Consultant are non-refundable and non transferable. Your registration is valid for one year from the date that you register and your affiliation can be revoked by Swift Travel Deals if determined unlawful acts are being practiced. There are no annual commitments required.
Referral Payment for new Travel Agent/Consultant/Partner Sign Ons
Commissions: The commission that you will receive for every new Travel Partner/Agent/Consultant that you refer who signs up and completes registration to be a 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals Travel Partner/Agent/Consultant is $25 per person at the full regisitration cost of $225.00 (subject to increase at any time). Applicant must use your assigned promo code in order for you to qualify. This is not a pyramid scheme and simply a referral. You can refer as many people as you like to sign up. You will receive your referral commission via payment delivered to your PayPal account within 24-48 business hours after the person you refer registers and pays in full as a Travel Partner and if you are a Travel Agent/Consultant, you will receive your payment on the following Friday after sign up (Bonus Pay Friday). Must use your Agent Promo Code to qualify.

Commissions for all bookings in Travel Agent/Consultant Travel Booking Systems and for Tours:
Commissions on all travel booking systems, websites, private group tours and group vacations are capped based on the booking system and not the agency. You are able to earn unlimited commissions booked in your systems based on the system cap. There are no commissions paid on any bookings made by the Travel Consultant if the Travel Consultant will be traveling on the itinerary.
Commission Split Rate Valid for Travel Agents and Travel Consultants:
Commissions booked in your Travel Systems or on your travel agent websites incur a firm 60/40 split with the agent (60%), 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals (40%).
Bonus Cash Pay Offers From Vendors to Travel Consultants/Agents
Occasionally our vendors will offer bonus cash that will be loaded on a Bonus cash prepaid card or paid directly to the Travel Consultant/Agent, usually up to $250 per booking in bonus cash. This is typically bonus cash and not commission and is paid directly to the Travel Consultant. This is usually free cash and does not affect the commission payment. As a courtesy 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals allows this bonus cash to be paid directly to the Travel Consultant or Travel Agent without a payment split with 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals. This payment is typically released by the vendor directly to the Consultant/Agent at booking or shortly after (based on vendor). The Consultant/Agent would receive the full payment amount. Payments and amounts are at the discretion of the vendor and 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals holds no liabilty for bonus cash payments or bonus cash offers.

*Effective May 3, 2018: For all new Travel Consultant/Agent/Partner Registrations received on or after May 3, 2018: At one year renewal, all Travel Consultants have the option to renew at a rate of $149.99 per year with no monthly fees with a commission split of 60/40 (60 Agent/40 Agency) or they can renew and upgrade at 100 percent commission without a split at the rate of $599.99 per year with no monthly fees. Renewal must be added with the upgrade to be deemed valid.
(Effective May 3, 2018, all upgrades to 100 percent commission for new Travel Consultants enrolled on or after May 3, 2018 will incur a fee of $599.99).

All Travel Consultant registrations received prior to May 3, 2018 will be able to upgrade to 100 percent commission at the prior contracted rate of $299, or renew their current contract at the 60/40 split at the rate of $99, if the contract is upgraded or renewed prior to the expiration of their current 1 year contract. If you renew or upgrade prior to your current contract expiration date, you will not be affected by these changes and there are no changes to your current contract. Renewal must be added with the upgrade to be deemed valid.
If you choose to renew or upgrade at 100% commission after your current 1 year contract expires, a renewal/upgrade fee of $599.99 per year is required to upgrade to 100 percent commission and a registration rate of $149.99 will be required to renew at the 60/40 commission split. You must renew or upgrade while your contract is still valid to receive the rates that you are currently contracted to receive. If your contract expires, you are no longer eligible to receive the rates applicable to your contract. Expired contracts require a completely new registration at renewal. It is the responsibility of each Consultant to renew or upgrade before their contract expires if a renewal is desired. Renewal must be added with the upgrade to be deemed valid.

Travel Consultant/Partner/Agent Registrations Received After May 3, 2018

Payment Release Dates from Travel Agents, Travel Partners, and Travel Consultants:
Payment release dates for travel commissions will vary based on each booking and you will be notified via email after the booking is confirmed about your commission payment status if there are any issues or you should request your commission in writing. You are required to notify us at booking of each commission or sale regardless of amount and/or commission request via the Travel Agent website (Report My Commission). All payments must be invoiced to our agency and will be sent to you via your PayPal/Square/Bill.com, etc. account or you can request a check to be mailed to you. It is your responsibility to set up an account for invoicing, report your commissions and request payment for your travel business. Payments are typically sent 2 weeks or up to 14 business days after client travel, but can vary based on vendor. Payments are released from the vendor to Swift Travel Deals and after payment is received and processed, 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals rereleases the payment to the Agent/Consultant. We are not liable for vendor late payments or vendor errors. It is the responsibility of the Agent/Consultant/Partner to maintain and report accurate commission and not the responsibility of the Agency. If you fail to report your commissions accurately or in a timely manner, you may experience a delay in processing your invoice.

Referral Commission Structure for Travel and Cruises booked with 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals Internal Team: Below are the firm commission rates, unless you request a commission increase in writing before travel is booked. This increase will be valid once approved by Swift Travel Deals. You will not receive access to any booking systems or travel websites as a Travel Partner.
Commissions for all Internal Team Agency Bookings for Payment Plans and Pay in Full Travel:
Commission on all internal bookings for flight and hotel packages, pay in full flight and hotel packages and payment plan and pay in full tour bookings is up to $50 per person.
Commission on all internal groups booking (including cruises) of 20 or more people is up to $75 per person.
Commission on internal booking cruises with less than 20 people traveling is $10 per person.
Commission on all internal booking flights is $10 per person.
Commission on all internal booking hotel only bookings is $10 per person.
Our Liability
Our Worldwide Travel Program is not like the typical Host Travel Agency Programs that are offered to Travel Agents. We host your access, trainings and give you resources, suggestions, tips and information to give you the ability to start a business and learn quickly without feeling like you are starting from scratch. After registration, it is up to each Agent/Consultant or Partner to file, obtain and maintain any necessary or required business documents as required by their state or country. If you live in Florida, California Hawaii, Iowa or Washington or if you plan to sell travel to residents of these states, you are required to acquire Seller of Travel license(s). We do not provide this for you. Please check with the states to confirm Seller of Travel laws after your registration. As an independent business owner, you will be required to file and maintain appropriate business and tax licenses as required by your state or country. 7 Figure Travel Dreams nor Swift Travel Deals is not liable for any business related requirements for the operation or set up of your business. We are simply providing platforms, resources and suggestions with running your business. At registration, you will be assigned to a Travel Manager (Coach) who will personally train you and show you the best ways to utilize your bookings systems and also provide suggestions and advice to help you build your travel business. This is a complimentary service that is not included in registration. With our travel program, none of our agents or partners are required to pay monthly fees and they are not bound by any sales or quota requirements to operate their businesses with our company. Travel website includes a free 7 day trial only. It is optional to keep the website or create your own. Our staff will be available and accessible by phone, text, email and any of our social media outlets at any time durig normal business hours, should you need assistance. You’ll never feel alone or left to figure things out on your own.nd advice to help you build your travel business. We also provide tons of free information, resources, and tools to help you build a successful business at your own pace. There is also expert assistance available for Agents who need help quoting or booking clients or dealing with any travel related issues. We act as your friends in the travel industry who will give you suggestions and advice based on the tools and techniques that have worked for our Agency. We will also give you examples of ways to run your business with little expenses. Our Agents are free to operate their travel businesses as they like (with ethics and honesty and without violating contract terms or laws) as Independent Contractors and are not stuck with meeting annual sales requirements. As a Consultant or Partner with Swift Travel Deals, you are free to build your own Agency, with your own business and your own brand. With our program, there are no required sales quotas and our Agents like having access to book and work with vendors without restraints of meeting sales goals on rank to achieve a specific income. Our idea to start our program was to allow others the opportunity to start a travel business, duplicate the processes that have worked for our Agency to create their own successful Agency, set their own hours and goals, work at their own pace and not feel pressured or overwhelmed by the costs or pressures of running a business. Earn while you learn! Our goal is to ensure that our program is a fun and economical experience. With registration, we also offer international booking access, that allows our Agents to book flights departing from countries all around the world as well as access to worldwide hotels, tours, vacation homes, rail and cruises. Swift Travel Deals, an independent Travel Agency, is the newest leading host agency with a network of independent contractors (Independent Agencies) across North America and beyond. An offer to 'register' or to 'join' 7 Figure Travel Dreams by Swift Travel Deals in any capacity is NOT an offer of employment but instead an offer to discuss the opportunity for the travel agency or agent owned by the Independent Agency or Agent to join the Swift Travel Deals network of other independent business owners. Billing Policies
Payment Options: We accept payment methods via check (occasionally), money order (occasionally) and credit or debit card only. We do not accept prepaid cards.
General Policies: You are responsible for keeping all credit card details and contact information current to keep your account in good standing. Please email payments@swifttraveldealsagent.com to update your billing information.
Billing: You will be billed automatically every 30 days (around the 1st day of the month) for any recurring charges, or at intervals otherwise agreed in our contract and the day that service and access starts for one time purchases.
Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with 7 Figure Travel Dreams, Swift Travel Deals, Swift Enterprises prior to initiating a chargeback.
Delinquency Policies: If the credit card is declined, we will continue to attempt to charge the card on file every 3 days for 30 days (up to 10 times). We will attempt to notify you for updated contact information.
Delinquent Accounts: After 3 days without payment, your account will be considered delinquent. All accounts 3 days past due may be disabled or de-activated until balances are paid in full.
Collection Fees:
Returned Item Fee: There is a $50.00 insufficient funds check fee for returned checks in addition to the amount still due.
Late Fee: Invoices which remain unpaid after 30-days may be assessed a late fee of $50.00 per month.
Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will assess a $250.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.
Collections Fees: In the event an account is submitted to a third-party collections service, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the collections fees, in addition to any other fees previously assessed on the account.
Cancellation: Cancellation of an account does not dismiss outstanding invoices or the contracted commitments. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service. This paragraph does not invalidate our refund policy.
Charge backs: Regardless of the outcome of a chargeback dispute by a credit card company or payment processor, we reserve the legal right to enforce our agreements and collect past due balances in court.
