To file a report on a site that you have inspected:
1. click REPORT
2. answer the questions as best you can or indicate if not applicable, attach up to five pictures as indicated on the form, and use the final box to make any specific comments you wish to make. [If you re-inspect the same site at a later date, fill out a separate form. We will be able to correlate the data from the locations.]
3. When you are finished click on submit.
Currently the form will go to the Savannah Riverkeeper for distribution, but we hope to soon have the capability for you to send it to any email address you wish in addition to archiving it with the Savannah Riverkeeper’s database.
