Due to reduced capacity and social distancing, the QUAD has adjusted our space types and floorplans for the Fall 2020 semester. Please note that completing this form is only an indicator of preference; this does not guarantee your placement into your requested space. Our office will contact you after June 22nd with an update on your License Agreement, availability, and requesting roommates.

The QUAD will offer apartments that hold 1-4 students. Please indicate how many students you would like to share your apartment with. Please note that this is only a preference. Additionally, please note that if we are able to safely increase our capacity, floor plans are subject to change and more students may be added to the apartment. *
