Housing will cost $2,992 for the entire Summer. If you like, you may pay in two installments: one due on May 1st, 2020, and one due on June 1st, 2020.
All residents will be assigned to a floor plan as bed spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to space constraints, students are not able to select a preferred floor plan for Summer.
The Summer license term is from June 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020.
If you are a current resident, you will reside in your current space until your Summer space is ready. Please be aware you must be moved into your Summer space no later than June 1, 2020, but may be required to move in as early as May 20, 2020. If you are a future resident, you can expect to move into your Fall 2020 space in early August. If you are not living on campus for the Fall of 2020, you must move out no later than July 31, 2020 at 12:00 PM (noon).
Please let us know of any vacation times you have on your calendar that may interfere with relocating to and from your summer space by emailing us at housing@csusm.edu. Please note: needing to adjust move-in or move-out dates will result in additional charges.
