In cooperation with Brite Divinity School and Texas Christian University and without further remuneration, I do hereby authorize the use of all video and/or audio recordings (and excerpts there from) of myself recorded by the University/School for unlimited EDUCATIONAL/NON-COMMERCIAL (NON-PROFIT) USE ONLY.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the final video and/or audio productions and to approve the eventual non-commercial use and distribution of said productions.
I confirm that all material used by me and the recordings of such is either my own or otherwise authorized for such use without additional financial or other obligation to me or any third party. I further undertake to be fully responsible for my own presentation and the recordings of such and hold Brite Divinity School and Texas Christian University, its licensees, and its assigns, harmless from and against any liability, loss or expense arising there from. I also consent to the use of my name, likeness, voice, and biographical material about me for video, photographic and/or audio production promotional purposes.
This release shall remain valid until written notice is given by me revoking said authorization.
