Company Representatives Registration
All attendees must wear a badge to be present at the conference. You may register up to 4 representatives to attend your booth. Registration includes breakfast and breaks.
Lunch on Saturday will be delivered to exhibit booths for an additional fee and must be ordered by February 17. The doctors will receive their lunch in the exhibit hall on Sunday. Lunch is included for up to two representatives on Sunday, but must be pre-ordered by February 17.
It is important to include each representative's individual email address so they receive important communication to assist with their participation on site.
