MPMA will assign booth locations. Please enter your top 3 preferred locations from the available choices below. Booth assignments will be made based on receipt of registration and full payment.

Company Representatives Registration
All attendees must wear a badge to be present at the conference. You may register up to 4 representatives to attend your booth. Registration includes breakfast, lunch and breaks. The first 2 representatives are included in your registration. Each additional representative is $150 (this additional fee covers additional expenses including food and beverage).
 
It is important to include each representative's individual email address so they receive important communication to assist with their participation on site.
