ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM

We are accepting all Original Research, Quality Improvement Projects, Literature Reviews and Case Studies (Case Reports/Case Series).

Abstracts are limited to 2500 characters (with spaces).

Please follow the format requirements listed below.

We will be continue to use a virtual format for poster presentations (online displays on the Health Sciences Library website). We hope to have an in-person Research Forum for selected original research abstracts. The date is to be determined (first week of June). Please submit your abstracts for review. IF you already have a digital poster prepared, INCLUDE it with the submission.

* Original Research (including retrospective/chart reviews) must have evidence of IRB approval (IRBnet #)

* It is the authors(s)' responsibility to submit abstracts free of typographical or other errors. They will be publish without further editing.
