Nutty Scientists February Workshops

Program description

Nutty Scientists Workshops will take place from 17-21 February at FCC Melrose, 121 W Foster St, Melrose, MA 02176. Space is limited so please sign up to reserve your spot.

Morning and afternoon sessions are available each day: Session 1. 9am-12pm; Session 2. 1pm-4pm. The cost is 215$/session. Payment is due immediately after filling out your registration by clicking on the link with your payment information. One registration form per child.

OOEY GOOEY SCIENCE

This super fun workshop programming features wacky science experiments that are …. kinda messy! Get ready to watch the most amazing chemical reactions and to get your hands involve in a lot of experiments while learning how incredible science is. Make your own soap and build a model molecule! Make a volcanic chemical reaction with elephant toothpaste and learn about states of matter with the coolest ice ever discovered. Have you ever made cups disappear? Prepare for a really big grin.

ALLOWANCES/REFUNDS: Nutty Scientists Programs do not issue refunds for any day or days your child is not in attendance during the course of the program.

BEHAVIOR PROTOCOL: The safety and wellbeing of our students and staff are of upmost importance to us. We teach science education, and must follow strict safety guidelines. If children are having trouble following class rules, we will contact parents to discuss. If the child is still unable to follow behavior guidelines, they may be disenrolled from the program.

SICK PROTOCOL: We follow the same illness policies as Schools. If your child is expected to miss a class due to illness or other reasons, please let us know.

NO NUTS: Children are not permitted to bring peanuts or other tree nuts as snacks.
