>Webinars are held via GoToWebinar. Registrants will need to be sure to pre-register using the email sent to the address provided by the registrant.
>Webinars and At-Home Study are non-refundable. Should the registrant fail to attend or in the event of a postponement for public webinars, the registrant will be automatically added to the next session. If the registrant's company prefers, the fee can be converted into an account credit to be used for other products or services. DCH reserves the right to postpone or change live webinar dates at will. Private webinars can only be rescheduled once by attendees. 24 hour notice required.
