You may receive a refund of registration fees for any cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the event date (and if this date is before you have received any material). Credit Card refunds will be 95% of original charge to cover the costs associated with credit card transactions. Any cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event date (or after you have received any materials) will be applied to your account as a credit to be used for another event offered by DOT Compliance Help, Inc. Attendees may be substituted, but please notify DCH as some materials are customized for attendees. Registrations made within 7 days of the event date are not guaranteed materials upon arrival - the custom materials may then be mailed out to your business address. There are no refunds if you have received any materials prior to the event.
In the event DOT Compliance Help, Inc. must cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control such as acts of nature, instructor illness, war, terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, curtailment of transportation facilities, civil disorder or emergency, or any other interim events rendering performance impossible therefore when making your travel arrangements for an event, we recommend making "refundable" air and hotel reservations. DOT Compliance Help, Inc. is not responsible for travel costs incurred in the event of cancellation or reschedule.
Cancellations by DCH, Inc. may occur up until and including the scheduled date. DCH, Inc. is not responsible for travel costs incurred in the event of cancellation or reschedule.
Electronic Check Conversion Notice: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize DOT Compliance Help Inc either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment.
