Any negative or inappropriate behavior: written, spoken, or observed, by contestant, parent or visitor of, will result in contestant disqualification with all awards being forfeited. Any detrimental actions, spoken, written or physical, including purposly discouraging contestants from competing in this system, by any contestant, parent or visitor of, regarding this system, any individual associated with or a part of, can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I also understand that any copying/use of material, to include website information, graphics, “Don’t just wear the crown; use the crown to make a difference”, LEAD, pageant name, or titles used by this system- for any reason including for financial gain of another individual or pageant, is strictly prohibited and if this happens, the individual, company, pageant, associated with or a part of, can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Royal Productions, USA, Miss Georgia Girl LLC, Pennie Stathes, John Stathes or any volunteer, cannot be held liable for damages or injury to individuals or their property before, during or after any event involving an appearances for the above systems. I understand that no refunds are given for any reason. I further understand that if I register for this pageant and do not attend, a 25% processing charge will be billed and I am responsible for paying the amount (if a deposit equal to has not been paid). Any and all photos taken including contestants, parents or visitors, received by mail or electronic submission, are the property of Royal Productions, USAand can be used in promotional advertising. All returned checks will have a $50 NSF charge applied as well as all legal fees.In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and because our Miss Georgia Girl LLC (MGG) 2023 participants' health and well being is our most important priority, MGG is working closely with the Gainesville Civic Cneter and our other event partners on developing and implementing health and safety measures, and biosafety best practices for MGG 2023. However, since each individual's health and safety needs and concerns may differ, MGG strongly recommends that each participant carefully evaluate their personal health needs and concerns before registering for and or attending MGG State Pageant 2022 in-person. Your attendance at MGG 2023 is completely voluntary. As such, your attendance at MGG 2022 is at your own risk, and you voluntarily assume any and all risks and hazards, including without limitation, personal injury, illness, or otherwise, and hereby release MGG, Pennie and John Stathes, and all volunteers, including judges, City of Gainesville, Gainesvile Civic Center and it's staff, of any liability related to your attendance.Parents name of contestant if under 21.
