Vendor Category

Ready to eat Food & Beverage: All prepared food vendors must show appropriate Health Department Certification to the event manager. These permits must be displayed in public view during event hours. All prepared food processor/equipment/trailers must comply with the Chaffee County Health Department regulations. Please be sure to confirm updated regulations with the Department of Environmental Health when applying for a license. 
 
Baked Goods or Other Food Items: Our markets accept certain value added items which are grown and/or made by the vendor such as baked goods, preserves, cheese, sausage, and smoked meats. All processsed foods must be appropriately labeled with product name, igredients, net weight, price, vendors name and address. We encourage sampling of your products to our patrons. 
 
Crafts and Jewelry, Clothing, and Retail: Crafted items must compliment the vibe and mission of our events; non-related items will not be accepted. Jewelry is allowed on a limited basis. 
 
Farmer: Farm products that can be sold at a market/event include vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs, nuts, flowers, plants, honey, seafood, meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. 
 
Other Categories Accepted: Flowers and plants, kids, pets, bath and body, green vendors. 
 
No canabis related products, brands or accessories allowed.

Supporting documents will be checked when you vend with us; you do not need to upload them to this application.

*City Sales Tax License (all vendors)
*Temporary Retail Food License (food trucks only)
*Fire Permit (food trucks only)
*Liability Insurance (food only)

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations must be received by e-mail at craftvending@vertexfestival.com. Vendor may cancel contract for full booth fee refund 31 days or more prior to load in.  If Vendor gives 30 days notice of cancellation, Vendor will receive 50% booth fee refund. If Vendor gives notice 14 days or less prior to load in, all vendor fees become non-refundable and non-transferable.
