Lucky Pup Dog Rescue and Volunteering!
We have different needs at different times of the year for volunteers.
Some of the things we need help with could include: help with our adoption center, meeting adopters, home visits, socializing shy dogs, taking dogs to the vet, picking them up at the shelter, writing thank notes, helping with fundraisers, managing donor lists, making videos for the dogs for YouTube. Almost anything you can think of to make our little rescue run smoothly, is done by a volunteer!
We are a small 501c3 non profit dog rescue, our adoption center is located on Governor Drive in UC Marketplace Shopping Center, near Sprouts grocery store. Our foster home is located in North Park.
All of your efforts as a volunteer help to save homeless, shelter dogs and give them a second chance!
We require that volunteers are at least 18 years of age .
We really depend on upon our volunteers, so we ask that you honor your commitment with us when
you agree to take a shift, or volunteer for a specific project.
We also ask that you communicate with us,
so we can make your volunteer experience the best it can be!
