This Grant is provided to prospective students with a "vulnerable" status as defined by the US Department of Health and Human Services to include individuals with disabilities and individuals in poverty (low SES) EFC of $0.00, Individuals experiencing adverse situations (to include but not limited to criminal history concerns), or first-generation higher education students (a student who is the first in their family (generation)) to attend college with an EFC of $0.00.
