Waiver:
In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my administration, heirs and assigns, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, including negligence I may have against the HHHA, its officers, directors, any HHHA animal, employees and volunteers; the organizers of this walk; their sponsors, associates, contractors, other entrants or their animal, and representatives for property damage or personal injury (including death). I also agree to obey all traffic laws, exercise all safety precautions, avoid littering, and respect the property of others.

 

I irrevocably grant the HHHA and its successors and assignees unrestricted permission to use, sell, produce, publish and republish, my photograph and those of my pet (the material) and any negatives thereof, for all purposes including without limitation, publicity, fundraising and related promotional and advertising in all media. I hereby release and discharge the HHHA, its successors, and assignees from any claims and demands arising out of or related to the material or any use of the material as set forth herein, including any claims libel and invasion of privacy. The rights granted herein are granted in my personal capacity and also relative to my trade, business, profession and property, and are granted perpetually, irrevocably and throughout the USA.
