This is an agreement made between the seller(s) and the buyer(s).
The deposit has been paid to Martha Bruna, to hold your puppy. The remainder payment will be made at the time the puppy is picked up or leaves to be delivered. The deposit is nonrefundable in the event buyer(s) decide they no longer want to purchase the puppy. When your puppy is picked up or delivered it will be 8 weeks of age. At that time your puppy will have already been wormed 3 times and had his/hers first set of shots or age appropriate vaccines/wormer whichever he/she may need. This will all be written and given to you. When receiving your puppy you have 1 week to take him/her into your veterinarian for a checkup. The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian charges that may incur after the puppy is picked up or delivered. Even though your puppy will have had at least the first set of shots, it is still not fully immune to the puppy diseases until the 4th round of vaccines. Seller is not responsible for any disease that could happen within that time range. Seller will; however, make sure that he/she is not selling a sick puppy or one in which he/she feels is not suitable for selling or leaving with new owners.
