EARNING CTLE CREDITS

The State Education Department requires the following tracking information
for CTLE validation which is included in each registration:

* date of birth (mm/dd/year)

* last 4 digits of your social security number

Once the workshop has concluded and your evaluation has been submitted
the CTLE certificate will be emailed to you.

Cancellation Policy: You must notify the Teacher Center prior to the day of the workshop if you need to cancel your registration or if you cannot attend the workshop. Please email Mary at mary.beall@edutech.org. If there is an emergency reason that you cannot attend a workshop, please call the Teacher Center (315-332-7272) and leave a message.

Failure to notify the Teacher Center of your cancellation may result in being blocked from further workshops!
