EARNING NYS CTLE CREDITS
The State Education Department requires the following tracking information
for CTLE validation which is included in each registration:
* date of birth (mm/dd/year)
digits of your social security number
Once the workshop has concluded and you complete the workshop evaluation,
the CTLE certificate will be emailed

Failure to notify the Teacher Center of your cancellation may result in being blocked from further workshops!
