Monongalia County Schools Daily Lunch Pickup Request

To request a school lunch for a student, please complete this form daily for each student. Meals can be picked up at the front of the pickup school or other designated area (Drive Thru ONLY) from 12 - 12:30pm.

Please DO NOT use this form to request 5-day bus stop meal boxes for your student. To request a 5-day meal box be dropped off at a bus stop, See the 5-Day Bus Stop Meal Box information at this link.

IMPORTANT: All lunch requests must be submitted by 9:00 am for pickup that day.
