However, each year at our Annual Conference the SC Sheriffs’ Association recognizes one deputy who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. By sponsoring the SC Sheriffs’ Association Deputy of the Year Award, your company will have the unique opportunity to acknowledge a job well done while receiving recognition yourself. Each year, Sheriffs and other conference attendees are offered the opportunity to enjoy a hot, buffet style breakfast as they receive spiritual enrichment from a guest speaker. By sponsoring this event, you are making a clear statement that your company supports the Sheriffs of South Carolina beyond the professional arena. Prayer Breakfasts sponsors will have their company logo displayed during the event, will be recognized at the event, and will be listed in the Conference Program Book as a Prayer Breakfast sponsor.

We continually attempt to increase the quality of training at our Annual Conference each year. Our focus is primarily on leadership and ethics, two of the most critical elements in the law enforcement profession. Expert presenters on these topics are in high demand and do not come cheap. Therefore, both to give Corporate Partners additional ways to introduce their businesses to South Carolina’s Sheriffs and to increase the level of training we can offer, we are seeking a total of 5 Training Sponsors at a rate of $500 each. Training Sponsors will be allowed to address the Sheriffs briefly (no more than 3-5 mins) during the training sessions on Monday. This is a benefit that is exclusive to SCSA Corporate Partners. So, in addition to giving the Sheriffs another opportunity to learn about your business, Training Sponsors are also helping us subsidize executive level training for all Sheriffs in South Carolina. Training Sponsors will have their company logo displayed during training, will be recognized at the event, and will be listed in the Conference Program Book as a Training Sponsor. 

This year we are excited to add an exciting event to the line-up. A dueling piano’s show presented by Crocodile Rocks Dueling Pianos will take place on Tuesday night evening with hors d’oeuvers and cocktails from 7:30 – 11 pm in the Atlantic Ballroom. If you have been looking for a way to express your gratitude and appreciate to the Sheriffs of South Carolina, this is it! This evening will be sure to the make a lasting impression on the Sheriffs and all involved! Please note that this event is for adults only. Historically, the Seafood Social has been one of the most fun and enjoyable events of our entire conference! The event will be held Wednesday evening 6:00 – 10:00 pm at the hotel, in the Atlantic Ballrooms of the Marriott Grande Dunes. This event will provide the perfect opportunity for your company to show your strong support of the Sheriffs of South Carolina! The Association will work with participating sponsors to coordinate specialty items for the dinner (i.e. party napkins with your logos, cups with your logos, signage, etc.) We will also work to arrange unique opportunities for your company to interact with the Sheriffs at the event.
