Marlborough Wine & Food Festival 2025 Exhibitor Registration Form - Winery

Registrations are now open for the 2025 Marlborough Wine & Food Festival. Please complete the below form before Friday 30 August 2024 Please note; this does not automatically guarantee you a site at the Festival. Wine Marlborough will be in contact with you directly about exhibiting at the 2024 Marlborough Wine and Food Festival by 13 September 2024. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Festival site size required (All sites that are not removable will include a marquee that is the site size) - 
If you're planning on bringing your own removable site (Wine truck/trailer) please be specific in dimesions including Towbar. If you have any questions about your site size, email us at events@wine-marlborough.co.nz.

Please also note, For Health and Safety purposes there is a 3m no furniture zone out the front of all sites. After 3m we welcome more furniture to be placed. *
 


I confirm I am aware I am required to update (or complete for new site holders) the Individual Site Holder Health & Safety Form when requested by Wine Marlborough closer to event day *
Payment System 
The Marlborough Wine & Food Festival will be a 100% cashless event. We will be working with a cashless payment provider. All equipment required such as scanners will be provided. Further Information on this payment provider will be given at the time of confirmation. 


EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please read these terms and conditions carefully before signing below. Marlborough Wine & Food Festival is promoted by Wine Marlborough Ltd based at 85 Budge Street, Blenheim herein called (the “Promoter”). Sites are sold on the express condition that the holder is bound by the various terms and conditions issued by the Promoter from time to time. 

Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the advertised programme and audience capacity. In the event of a cancellation, your site fee will be 100% refundable. However, if the event is postponed, relocated or changed for whatever reason, the promoter is not liable for any damage, additional compensation, loss, or expenses.

In the event of your confirmed booking being cancelled by you (such cancellation must be in writing and acknowledged by the promoter), the following conditions apply.
1. If notice more than 61 days is given and the promoter is able to subsequently re-sell on similar terms the space booked, the Supplier will refund the booking fee subject to deducting a fee to cover administration and office services.
2. Where notice of between 0-60 days prior to the event is given, the Client will forfeit the booking fee.
