Restricted websites (Etsy, eBay, Amazon) and purchasing items for personal use are strictly prohibited.

ALL buyers are reviewed and vetted to ensure fit and to confirm that your shop is a legitimate business. We obtain the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate or decline orders if shops are in violation of the policies outlined. All seller accounts are required to follow the MAP pricing guidelines as outlined by our vendors.

Terms and Conditions Electronic Communication for Brick & Mortar and E-commerce accounts *

You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or phone. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Terms and Conditions Brick and Mortar
All new brick and mortar accounts are required to have a credit card on file. Once approved for terms, all terms are from the date of the invoice. Any balance that is still outstanding beyond the mutually agreed-upon terms are subject to a finance charge of 18% annual percentage rate, or 1.5% pro-rated. If an account is placed in collections with an attorney or collection agency, there shall be a fee charged to the account all reasonable recovery fees and other costs of the collection that shall be paid by the undersigned. If the aforementioned company cannot pay, Williams Trading Co will have the right and may pursue the owner of the outstanding debt. *

Terms and Conditions MAP Minimum Advertised Pricing for e-commerce accounts only
Williams Trading including all of our drop shipment services requires all accounts to be in strict compliance with our MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing Policies) as outlined by our manufactures. Any violation of the MAP pricing and policies will result in immediate termination of your wholesale account. By signing this policy I acknowledge receipt of the MAP pricing policy and will adhere to the required Vendor MAp pricing policies within my own website or marketplace online. *

All e-Commerce account are required to have a credit card on file to charge for drop shipments. We do not offer terms for drop shipment e-commerce accounts. I authorize Williams Trading Co, Muffs, and Cuffs Drop Shipment to charge the amount listed above to the credit card provided herein. I agree to pay for this purchase in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder agreement. *
