Course Description: Are you interested in learning Latin? Join this special evening course online for adults who would like to gain or develop their Latin skills. We will meet on Thursday evenings from 7:00PM-8:00PM ET from September 10 until December 10th, with Thanksgiving being the exception. Classes will be geared towards attaining a beginning Latin vocabulary and solid grasp of grammar. The course is taught by Dr. Jordan Almanzar, who has logged nearly 7,000 hours teaching all levels Latin to students across the US and the world. He holds a PhD magna cum laude from Georg-August-Universität in Göttingen, Germany.
The course fee is $275. Upon registration, you will receive a welcome email from Dr. Almanzar with additional details including the required text, which can be purchased through Amazon.com.
Terms: This is a not-for-credit adult education class. Registrants must have completed a high school diploma and be over the age of 18 to register. Dr. Almanzar reserves the right to cancel the class based on enrollment numbers. A full refund will be made should the class be canceled. Enrollees who withdraw after the first two weeks of class will forfeit a refund. This course is not sponsored directly by Kolbe Academy.
