Kolbe Academy Commencement Ceremony Registration

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
❖ Seniors must be enrolled full-time in their senior year to be eligible for a Kolbe diploma & to participate in commencement ceremony. 
❖ Participating in commencement does not automatically mean that a student has graduated or been issued a diploma. 
 
STUDENT SPEAKER APPLICATION & COMMENCEMENT PROGRAM INFORMATION SUBMISSION
❖ The deadline to apply for Student Commencement Speaker is April 1st. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and will be required to submit a writing sample and a speaking sample. SPEAKER APPLICATION FORM
❖ The deadline to submit college decision and scholarship information for the Commencement Program and Slideshow is May 2nd.  You will also be asked to upload your child's senior picture or another formal photography of your student for use in the slideshow.  SENIOR INFO SUBMISSION FORM

2025 Commencement

Baccalaureate Mass & Dinner: Wednesday, May 21 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM ET
Teen Social (at Mary Our Queen): After dinner until 9:00 PM ET
Commencement & Lunch: Thursday, May 22, 2025 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM ET
All events held at Mary Our Queen Catholic Church in Peachtree Corners, GA
DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR IN-PERSON EVENT: May 2, 2025.
Plan to arrive in Georgia on Wednesday, May 21st to attend graduation Mass and other events.
 
DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR VIRTUAL EVENT: May 2, 2025.
Must register by May 1 if you would like a diploma cover, tassel, and any cords to be mailed to you in advance of the ceremony (not required for participation).
 
If registering after May 2, you may participate in the ceremony, but we cannot guarantee you will recieve materials or be included in the program.
 
An event schedule, cap & gown information, and other details will be sent to you in a confirmation email after you register.

  • $30 per guest
  • $300 Family Max
Virtual Event Fees:
  • $20 per graduate
