Graduation Application

Submit this form to apply for graduation and to request the High School or 8th Grade Diploma.
 
Allow up to 4 weeks after your student's grades have been posted to their academic record and the submission of this form to receive the diploma in the mail.

High School Families:
 
✔ Reference the Graduation Application Process article before submitting this form.
 
✔ This form is required for graduation. A student has not graduated from Kolbe Academy until this form has been processed.

✔ Seniors must be enrolled full-time their senior year to be eligible for Kolbe's diploma and to participate in Kolbe's commencement ceremony. Read  more about the comencement ceremony here.

High School - Commencement Ceremony Registration

Kolbe Academy hosts an in-person and online commencement ceremony each year. Learn more here. 
High school seniors and their families can register to attend the event in person or online!
 
An event schedule, cap & gown information, and other details will be sent to you in a confirmation email after you register.
 
Please Note: Participating in our commencement ceremony is a separate process from graduating. Students do not need to have completed all of their coursework to join us for the commencement event.

❖ For 8th grade students, this means after all grades for parent and teacher-reported courses have been reported and processed and all 8th grade diploma requirements have been met.
 
❖ For high school students, this means after all grades for parent and teacher-reported courses have been reported and processed, all courses and credits are listed, all high school graduation requirements met, and the parent has carefully reviewed the transcript and given final approval.
