If you have experienced or witnessed any form of sexual misconduct (sexual assault or sexual harassment) you are encouraged to report it so that you can get the support and information you need. All the information provided to JMC Academy will be kept strictly confidential, and any person reporting such incidents will be treated with dignity and respect.
- The Sexual Misconduct Report Form should include supporting documentation if available,
- Providing personal details is optional – this form may be completed anonymously,
- It is recommended to meet with JMC Academy Campus Counsellor before completing this form as it may become extremely difficult,

JMC Academy reserves the right to report any sexual misconduct incident to the police in circumstance where there is a serious risk of harm. Should the report to the police be necessary, JMC Academy will consult with the student prior doing so.
If the incident is related to a person under the age of 18 years, JMC Academy is under obligation to notify the Police and Community Services through the Child Protection Helpline.
If you have just been sexually assaulted or are in immediate danger, dial 000 (triple zero) and ask for Police.
