The Humble ISD Community Leadership Academy is open to citizens who want to build their understanding of Humble ISD, including the processes and programs that operate within. Graduates from this academy will have an informed perspective on district operations and processes.
This program consists of five half day sessions from October to April. The agendas for these sessions will include tours of campus and district facilities and opportunities to visit with school board members, administrators and staff. Each session will begin at 9:00 am and conclude by 1:30 pm.
Objectives of this academy are:
1. Participants will learn about the Board of Trustees' role in making Humble ISD fiscally and academically exceptional.
2. Participants will learn about district operations and the impact thereof on the education of students.
3. Participants will learn about programs and curriculum that are chosen to support students academically.
The session dates for this year are:
October 25th
November 29th
January 31st
February 28th
April 3rd
