Message from the Humble ISD Office of Community Development:
This form is required to be completed by Humble ISD teachers or staff when notification is received that a posted or other crowdfunded project is fully funded for an Humble ISD campus.  Be sure to review the Technology/Grants Guidance on the district's website.
