The Capital District Tour to ICON 2024 in Atlanta, GA will run from July 8-14, 2024.
The District Tour price includes (for both students & adults)
- Convention Registration Fee and Convention Souvenirs
- Hotel Accommodations for 1 night in Charlotte (Monday) and 5 nights in Atlanta (Tuesday- Saturday)
- Most meals
- Special District Tour activities (admission to Carowinds in Charlotte, NC, on Tuesday; sight-seeing in Atlanta on Wednesday including World of Coca-Cola and historic sites)
- Daily evening meeting & social time in designated District area
- Special advisors’ breakfast included for adults only

$985.00 per person (Quad Occupancy)
$1135.00 per person (Triple Occupancy)
$1285.00 per person (Double Occupancy)
Your spot on the trip is not fully secured until you submit your $500 trip deposit to either via Stripe or by check mailed to:

Please be sure that your name appears on the check(s) that are mailed so that your payment is properly credited.
You may also make your payment by credit card through this form. Even though the payment is through Stripe, you are able to pay with any major credit or debit card and you do not need to have a Stripe account to process the payment.
The deadline to pay your trip deposit of $500 is Friday, May 17, 2024.
The last payment of the remainder of your balance is due by Friday, June 7, 2024.
No refunds will be given after May 31, 2024.
