IAS Terms and Conditions 2020
Places on IAS courses are very limited so early application is advisable!
On receipt of a confirming email, successful applicants should proceed to pay a non-refundable deposit of £150 with the remaining balance due by 1st May 2020
Any participants taking advantage of one of IAS Special Offers will be required to pay a £150 deposit per applicant with any adjustment to be made to the final balance. Please note only one special offer may be taken and should be indicated on initial application form.
Cancellation 30-60 days before the course starts will be refunded 50% of the total fee.
No refund will be given for a cancellation less than 30 days before the course starts.
IAS reserve the right to make changes to the courses (including, but not limited to) the venue, duration, accommodation without prior notice. However, all reasonable efforts will be made to inform participants in advance.
The fees stated are in Pounds Sterling. Applicants from outside the United Kingdom will need to make arrangements for making payment in Pounds Sterling and to cover themselves any monetary conversion or handling fees that may be necessary.

If, in the extremely unlikely circumstance, the IAS Courses are cancelled in advance, participant deposits (and full fee if applicable) will be refunded, but not any other costs incurred by participants in making their preparations to attend.
PLEASE NOTE Once a participant has been accepted to an IAS course, failure to pay the balance by 1st May 2020 will be considered a withdrawal, consequently that place will be offered to another participant and deposit will not be refunded. Bookings made after 1st May 2020 will need to be accompanied by the full course fee.
The IAS cannot take any form of parental or legal responsibility for any participants. Participants under 16 MUST be accompanied by an appropriate, consenting adult supervisor. Accompanying carers will have to pay for their accommodation and meals.
Participants between the ages of 16-18 may be asked to complete a parental consent form to attend without further supervision.
Adult supervisors will be held responsible for the behaviour of any minors in their care.
The IAS takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the course.
Please do not send any deposit payments until we have processed your application and requests.
We will write to confirm an offer of a place on the course. At that stage a deposit must be sent to us using the methods outlined at the bottom of this form. Failure to send the deposit may jeopardize your place on the course
