MPPDA Seed Grants

The purpose of the MPPDA seed grants is to develop opportunities for investigators with unfunded or under-funded research studies and/or projects that pertain to the mission and vision of MPPDA and/or the practice of Medicine-Pediatrics.

Amount: MPPDA supports up to five (5) Seed Grants of up to $2,000 each per year

When to submit: Grant submissions are evaluated quarterly, during the May, August, November, and February MPPDA Executive Committee meetings. Submissions received by the first Monday of review months are eligible for review in that cycle. Recipients are notified within 2 weeks of review meetings.

Evaluation criteria: Relevance to MPPDA mission and goals, feasibility, support/collaboration, replicability, and sustainability. View Evaluation Rubric.
