A $99 deposit via PayPal is required to hold your space until your first payment is due.

There are no refunds after the deposit has been submitted. Deposits and payments are required to hold your space until full payment has been made.

MISSED PAYMENTS: Missed payments could result in cancellation of your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, you will not receive a refund because you have prevented VEI from selling the package to someone else.

Things to remember:

1. Only complete the registration for your spouse/roommate if you will be paying for both reservations. You will receive ONE invoice and VEI will not be able to separate future payments made. If you want to pay separately, please have your roommate/spouse complete a separate registration so that VEI may issue two invoices and your payments will be recorded separately.

2. If you are completing the reservation for your roommate/spouse, you are also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for them.

3. If you are selecting SINGLE OCCUPANCY, please enter "N/A" in the space for roommate.

4. If you do not have a roommate at the time you are booking, please enter PENDING. You have 30-60 days to find a roommate and have them register. If you do not have a roommate after 60 days, your invoice will be updated to SINGLE Occupancy with the single rate. VEI does NOT offer Roommate Matching.

Departure Day Information

Our journey begins on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, with departure from Dulles International Airport at approximately 11:00 a.m. aboard Emirates Airlines (please note, there is only one daily flight to Dubai). After a 13-hour flight, we will arrive in Dubai on May 20, where we will be greeted by private luxury tour buses and English-speaking tour guides.

Following a comfortable two-hour bus ride, we’ll arrive at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, with check-in starting around 2:00 p.m. After enjoying lunch, each traveler will receive a key card and room assignment. Please note that one credit or debit card is required per room for incidental charges. The hotel will also need to scan each guest’s passport at check-in.

Day 4: The group will depart from Abu Dhabi by bus and head to our next destination, the Sofitel JBR in Dubai.

Throughout your stay in the UAE, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in four days of exciting tours that have been highly popular with past travelers and are included in the package. All excursions are optional, so feel free to explore on your own if you wish to create your own adventure.

Last Full Day: On May 27, our final full day in Dubai, we will begin checking out of the hotel at 9:00 p.m. Our private tour buses will pick us up at 10:00 p.m., and we’ll head to Dubai International Airport for check-in for our return flight. The flight departs at 2:00 a.m. (UAE time) on May 27, and we expect to arrive at Dulles International Airport at approximately 9:00 a.m. on May 28.

Afternoon Desert Safari (Private 4WD)The highlight of any visit to Abu Dhabi is undoubtedly this amazing tour. The tour starts in private luxury 4X4 vehicles, from the hotel in Abu Dhabi, heading out towards the desert. At the entrance of the desert, the tires will be deflated and then the fun starts. Dune-bashing is one of the highlights of this tour; feel the thrill of desert driving as the vehicle drives up and then slides down the golden dunes. A beautiful photo stop on top of the dune is also included before arrival at the Bedouin camp. No bedouin experience is complete without a traditional cup of Arabic coffee and a camel ride. This is followed by a typical barbeque dinner, prepared on the open fire, and of course, a magical belly dancing show to complete the evening.

Vacation Envy International will only research the passport and Visa requirements for US citizens, therefore, we are unable to accept reservations for non-US citizens or if you do NOT have a passport issued by the US government.

All vacation packages require a passport and sometimes a VISA. If a VISA is required, everyone will purchase the VISA at the arrival airport. You do not need a passport to book this trip now, but you MUST have a passport at least 5 MONTHS BEFORE the departure date. Failure to have the passport will likely result in cancellation of your flight reservation. You will then be required to purchase your own airfare. Your invoice will be updated accordingly.

In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip, client is willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of travel. Client hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of VEI and agrees to and shall hold harmless and fully release VEI from any and all claims associated with the trip, including any claims of third party negligence and you hereby covenant not to sue VEI for any such claims or join any lawsuit or action that is suing VEI. In such jurisdictions, the liability of KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC , its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Licensors, Licensees, Service Providers, Employees, Agents, Officers, and Directors will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless VEI, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of VEI services, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

I Agree: To the above payment plan and I understand my reservation may be cancelled if monthly payments are NOT received.

I Agree: To the above payment plan and I understand late fees ($250 per person) will be added to the invoice if final payment is not received by February 1, 2026. In addition, if final payment is not received by March 1, 2026, my reservation may be cancelled. The no refund policy applies and funds will NOT be applied to a future trip.

I Agree: At the time of booking, I am able to handle a moderate amount of walking at a moderate pace while unassisted. I am able to handle my own luggage if required to carry for 2-3 flights of stairs. I am aware that if my physical abilities change prior to the trip, I am not entitled to a refund of any tours or excursions that require a moderate amount of walking while unassisted. VEI or our suppliers (hotel, tour operators, etc. are unable to provide or accommodate wheelchairs, canes, scooters, etc.).

I Agree: That circumstances beyond the control of VEI could result in a change in hotel(s), tours, airport and flights. When necessary, alternates of equal or greater value will be added to the itinerary.

I Understand: Hotel rooms are selected by the hotel staff. VEI does not have the ability to accommodate those that require connecting rooms or rooms on a specific floor or location. Room selection is based on availability at the time of check-in.

I Understand: VEI will always request NON-SMOKING rooms. However, VEI can not guarantee your room will not smell like smoke. VEI will assist you by working with the hotel staff to obtain a different room of the same category if you are assigned a room that smells. Changing rooms will be based on hotel availability, you may be required to wait until the next day.

I Understand: VEI will always request hotel(s) with free wi-fi. However, VEI cannot guarantee the hotel’s wi-fi service will work during the duration of our stay. VEI cannot guarantee the hotel will not change its policy prior to our arrival and decide to charge for wi-fi service.

I Understand: Double occupancy rooms will consist of two twin beds only. A single room or a room selected for two clients sharing one bed will consist of one queen or one king size bed.

I Agree: I have been advised that when booking Group Travel, travelers MAY be able to select seat(s) 24-48 hours prior to the departure date (going and return flights). Specific seats (aisle or window) may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please work with the airline staff at check-in for upgrades or requests for extra leg room seats. CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PURCHASE THEIR OWN FLIGHTS.

I understand: I will receive my flight reservation and round-trip E-ticket 21 days prior to departure.

I Understand: VEI cannot make arrangements for those with special dietary needs. Please plan accordingly.

I Agree: All correspondence from VEI will be via email. It is my responsibility to check my inbox for notices at least once a week. VEI will not be responsible for missed deadlines.

I Agree: This booking is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and funds cannot be used towards a future trip (unless the trip is postponed due to country border closings).

I Agree: Please ensure your roommate is also making the required payments toward the trip. If your roommate’s reservation is cancelled, you will be required to pay the single occupancy rate.
