Credit/debit card payments will incur a 5% transaction fee.

Your invoice number can be used as your account number or memo.

Also, there is a $35 Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee for all returned checks. After two (2) returned checks, payments must be made by credit/ card (with an additional 5% transaction fee per transaction) or money order. For example, if you want to pay $500, a transaction fee of $25 will be added to your invoice. A minimum payment of $300 is required for credit/debit card payments. Credit/debit card payments will be processed by our supplier, GoWay Travel LTD.

Please note, those wishing to pay by credit/debit card are required to successfully complete GoWay Travel’s credit authorization process. The form is provided upon request, the client would be required to complete it and email it to info@vacationenvyintl.com. VEI will then forward the completed document to GoWay Travel for processing.

PAYMENT PLAN – Minimum REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to adhere to make payments of at least $200 per month. VEI is required to make payments toward your space, and we can only do that with your payments. Failure to make payments will result in cancellation.

Registration Fee: $100 per person

First Payment due 30 days after submitting the registration fee.

Minimum Monthly Payment: $200 per person (Pick Your Day)

FINAL Payment Due: February 1, 2024

Additional or larger payments are encouraged and welcomed.

Final Payment Late fee: $100

Upon receipt of all forms of payment, you will receive a new or updated invoice within 48 hours.

Daily Itinerary

APRIL 21: DEPART IAD

APRIL 22: Arrive in Paris, and transfer to the hotel. Day at Leisure. Lunch and dinner on own.

APRIL 23: Breakfast at the hotel. Half day tour of Paris including Eiffel Tower [entrance to top floor included].
A not-to-be-missed monument and symbol of the capital, the Eiffel Tower stands 324 m tall, and weighs 10,100 tons. Created in 2 years, 2 months and 5 days, it was built for the Exposition Universelle of 1889. On the completely refurbished 1st floor, there are shops; on the 2nd, treat yourself to a great meal at the famous Jules Verne restaurant (not included), 125 metres above ground. Finally, on the 3rd floor you are at cloud level and have an exceptional 360° view. Return to hotel, afternoon free with lunch and dinner on own.

APRIL 24: Meet tour guide for a tour of the city. Begin in front of the famous Moulin Rouge in the neighborhood of Pigalle. Once nicknamed « Harlem sur Seine » in memory of its forward-thinking Jazz scene, that part of the city hosted an early African American diaspora in the 1920's (Josephine Baker, Eugene Bullard, BrickTop and many more). Next, we go up to Montmartre to chat about the artistic tradition of this unique neighborhood. Finally, we end our journey in Little Africa (or La Goutte d’Or in French), the biggest African hub in France, between multiculturalism and gentrification.

After tour, meet the guide and continue by public transfer to lunch cruise by Bateaux Parisiens (3 course set lunch, drinks excluded). After lunch cruise, the evening is free. Dinner on own.

APRIL 25: Breakfast at hotel. Day at Leisure. Lunch and dinner on your own.

APRIL 26: Breakfast at hotel. Travel by Eurostar to London (Standard Class Ticket Included). Upon arrival, transfer to hotel, accompanied by an English speaking guide. Enjoy a panoramic city tour enroute to the hotel. The city's buildings are striking milestones in a unique and beguiling biography, and a great many of them – the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben – are instantly recognizable landmarks. But you will also see St Paul's Cathedral, the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, and Tower Bridge. Check-in to hotel Meliá White House. Lunch and dinner on own.

APRIL 27: Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy a half day tour, including a visit of Houses of Parliament. The Palace of Westminster serves as the meeting place for both the House of Commons and the House of Lords, the two houses of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. Informally known as the Houses of Parliament, the Palace lies on the north bank of the River Thames in the City of Westminster, in central London. Return to hotel. Rest of day at leisure. Lunch and dinner on own.

The hotel Château Frontenac, 104 rooms and suites, in the heart of the Golden Triangle, combines a very Parisian charm with high comfort, and is among the best hotels in this area. The hotel was entirely renovated in 2009, and the huge renovations have brought to date the magnificent glass roof from the 20’s. The property is now reviving its original Art Deco style. This magnificent building dating back from the end of the 19th century, benefits from a unique location. Over 300 restaurants and cafes within a 7 block radius.

Meliá White House - Luxury Hotel in London

Located next to Regent’s Park, 1 mile from the London Zoo and a short walk from shopping on Oxford Street and nightlife of Soho, Meliá White House offers luxurious rooms and a cocktail bar.

Modern and elegantly furnished, each room at Meliá White House features beds with luxury linen and private bathrooms with marble-tiled floors and black granite sinks. Guests can make use of satellite TV, and complimentary newspapers.

The all day dining bar offers a menu influenced by the Mediterranean. Enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine in the bar while snacking on tasty treats.

The hotel is well served by 3 underground stations: Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park, all within a 5-minute walk. Main train stations such as Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston Station are within close proximity, connecting to Europe and all major UK cities.

Paddington and Victoria stations can be easily reached by taxi or public transport. Oxford Circus shopping district is a 0.8 miles walk away. London's main airports such as Heathrow and Gatwick are within 45 minutes by public transport.

MISSED PAYMENTS: Missed payments could result in cancellation of your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, you will not receive a refund because you have prevented VEI from selling the package to someone else.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. Only complete the registration for your spouse/roommate if you will be paying for both reservations. You will receive ONE invoice and VEI will not be able to separate future payments made. If you want to pay separately, please have your roommate/spouse complete a separate registration so that VEI may issue two invoices and your payments will be recorded separately.

2. If you are completing the reservation for your roommate/spouse, you are also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for them.

3. If you are selecting SINGLE OCCUPANCY, please enter "N/A" in the space for roommate.

4. If you do not have a roommate at the time you are booking, please enter PENDING. You have 30 days to find a roommate and have them register. If you do not have a roommate after 30 days, your invoice will be updated to SINGLE Occupancy with the single rate. VEI does NOT offer Roommate Matching.

All vacation packages require a passport and sometimes a VISA. If a VISA is required, everyone will purchase the VISA at the arrival airport. You do not need a passport to book this trip now, but you MUST have a passport at least 4 MONTHS BEFORE the departure date. ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER: Client is aware that travel such as client is undertaking on the Trip may involve hazardous activities, some in remote areas of the world. Inherent hazards and risks include, but are not limited to, risk of injury or death from: motor vehicles collisions, animals, roadway hazards, slips, and falls, consumption of alcoholic beverages, tainted food, or non-potable water; exposure to the elements, including heat, cold, sun, water, and wind; my own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including tour guides, other guests, VEI and its employees, agents and/or representatives; attack by or encounter with insects, reptiles, and/or animals; accidents or illness occurring in remote places where there are no available medical services; fatigue, chill, overheating, and/or dizziness,; known or unknown medical conditions, physical excursion for which you are not prepared or other such accidents; the negligence or lack of adequate training of any third-party providers who seek to assist with medical or other help either before or after injuries have occurred; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Client understands the description of these risks is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip, client is willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of travel. Client hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of VEI and agrees to and shall hold harmless and fully release VEI from any and all claims associated with the trip, including any claims of third party negligence and you hereby covenant not to sue VEI for any such claims or join any lawsuit or action that is suing VEI. This agreement also binds your heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION. CLIENT AGREES THAT VEI, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF VEI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, SUCH DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE OR VEI WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO VEI FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE OUT OF WHICH SUCH LIABILITY AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and, as such, some portion of the above limitation may not apply to Client. In such jurisdictions, the liability of KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC , its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Licensors, Licensees, Service Providers, Employees, Agents, Officers, and Directors will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless VEI, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of VEI services, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

COVID-19 Release: YOU expressly acknowledge that naturally occurring diseases and viruses (including, but not limited to, the currently widespread COVID-19) may be present and actively occurring in all environments in which your vacation will take place. You acknowledge the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. You acknowledge that COVID-19 has made travel uncertain due to government closures and travel restrictions. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact (however the exact method of spread remains unknown). You also understand that if you are older or have underlying conditions, you may be more prone to serious infection and death due to COVID-19. As a result of the highly infectious nature of this disease, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing, wearing of PPE (including masks), and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. You acknowledge that exposure to such viruses or disease is an inherent risk of traveling, that cannot be controlled or eliminated by VEI. By making a booking at this time, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk for yourself and any minors traveling with you, that you or they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by traveling and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. You understand that you may become sick before the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation will be subject to our cancellation terms below. You also acknowledge that you may become sick during the trip and that your travel plans may change, for which we will not be liable. You understand the description of the risks due to COVID-19 is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, death or any other loss. You agree that having considered these risks, you, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, desire to book travel at this time and that you freely and voluntarily assume complete personal responsibility for the risk of exposure, illness, death, delay, postponement, change, and cancellation due to COVID-19, for yourself and any minors traveling with you, even if such injuries or losses occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time the booking is made. You agree that due to uncertainty cause by COVID 19, VEI has strongly encouraged the purchase of travel protection coverage including cancel for any reason coverage, and that should you fail to purchase travel protection coverage, VEI shall not be liable to any losses howsoever arising. You, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, and on behalf of your and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Kenbridge Unlimited, LLC d/b/a Vacation Envy International, its officers, agents, and/or employees, suppliers, and other participants (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, CHANGES, INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH OR ANY OTHER LOSS you may suffer due to exposure, infection, spread, closure, and travel restrictions related to COVID- 19, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. All destinations and suppliers have their own rules related to COVID-19. For example, you may be required to quarantine upon arrival in some locations. Some locations may require masks or social distancing, they may require you to provide proof of vaccination or negative testing. Stopover countries requirements will also apply. On your return home, additional testing, requirements, or documentation may be required. While we will try to assist you in understanding these requirements, you are responsible for understanding these requirements and must not rely on any representations made by VEI. Should you be denied entry to any destination, we shall not be responsible for any such denial, or any cost associated therewith. You understand that you may become sick before the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation will be subject to our cancellation terms below. You also acknowledge that you may become sick during the trip and that your travel plans may change, for which we will not be liable.

I Agree: I was advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my financial investment and provide reimbursements for medical and dental, loss luggage and other benefits.

I Agree: To the above payment plan and I understand monthly payments are required to maintain my reservation. I also understand the above late fees will apply if final payment is not received by February 1, 2024.

I Agree: I have a current US Passport or I am planning to receive my passport prior to December 2023.

I understand: VEI will provide information regarding required VISAs and I will incur all costs for the VISA.

I Agree: At the time of booking, I am able to handle a moderate amount of walking at a moderate pace while unassisted. I am able to handle my own luggage if required to carry for 2-3 flights of stairs. I am aware that if my physical abilities change prior to the trip, I am not entitled to a refund of any tours or excursions that require a moderate amount of walking while unassisted. VEI or our suppliers (hotel, tour operators, etc. are unable to provide or accommodate wheelchairs, canes, scooters, etc.).

I understand circumstances beyond the control of VEI could result in a change in hotel(s), tours, and flights. When necessary, alternates of equal or greater value will be added to the itinerary.

I Agree: I understand hotel rooms are selected by the hotel staff. VEI does not have the ability to accommodate those that require connecting rooms or rooms on a specific floor or location. Room selection is based on availability at the time of check-in. Nor can Vacation Envy International guarantee walk-in showers or handicapped assessible rooms..

I Understand: VEI will always request NON-SMOKING rooms. However, VEI can not guarantee your room will not smell like smoke. VEI will assist you by working with the hotel staff to obtain a different room of the same category if you are assigned a room that smells. Changing rooms will be based on hotel availability, you may be required to wait until the next day.

I Understand: VEI will always request hotel(s) with free wi-fi. However, VEI cannot guarantee the hotel’s wi-fi service will work during the duration of our stay. VEI cannot guarantee the hotel will not change its policy prior to our arrival and decide to charge for wi-fi service.

I Understand: Double occupancy rooms will consist of two twin beds only. A single room or a room selected for two clients sharing one bed will consist of one queen or one king size bed.

I Agree: I have been advised that when booking Group Travel, travelers will be able to select seat(s) 24-48 hours prior to the departure date (going and return flights). Specific seats (aisle or window) may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please work with the airline staff at check-in for upgrades or requests for extra leg room seats.

I Agree: I understand I will receive my flight reservation and round-trip E-ticket 21 days prior to departure.

I Understand: VEI cannot make arrangements for those with special dietary needs. Please plan accordingly.

I Agree: All correspondence from VEI will be via email. It is my responsibility to check my inbox for notices at least once a week. VEI will not be responsible for missed deadlines.

I Agree: This booking is non-transferrable, and funds cannot be used towards a future trip.

I Agree: Please ensure your roommate is also making the required payments toward the trip. If your roommate’s reservation is cancelled, you will be required to pay the single occupancy rate.

I Agree: I understand the no-refund policy after submitting my first payment. If flights are cancelled and country borders are closed, the trip will be rescheduled. You will have the option to travel the new dates or request a travel credit.
