Credit/debit card payments will incur a 5% transaction fee.

Your invoice number can be used as your account number or memo.

Also, there is a $35 Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee for all returned checks. After two (2) returned checks, payments must be made by credit/ card (with an additional 5% transaction fee per transaction) or money order. For example, if you want to pay $500, a transaction fee of $25 will be added to your invoice. A minimum payment of $300 is required for credit/debit card payments. Credit/debit card payments will be processed by our supplier, GoWay Travel LTD.

Please note, those wishing to pay by credit/debit card are required to successfully complete GoWay Travel’s credit authorization process. The form is provided upon request, the client would be required to complete it and email it to info@vacationenvyintl.com. VEI will then forward the completed document to GoWay Travel for processing.

PAYMENT PLAN – Minimum REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to adhere to make payments of at least $200 per month. VEI is required to make payments toward your space, and we can only do that with your payments. Failure to make payments will result in cancellation.

Registration Fee: $100 per person

First Payment due 30 days after submitting the registration fee.

Minimum Monthly Payment: $200 per person (Pick Your Day)

FINAL Payment Due: June 1, 2026

Additional or larger payments are encouraged and welcomed.

Final Payment Late fee: $250

Upon receipt of all forms of payment, you will receive a new or updated invoice within 48 hours.

Daily Itinerary

SEPTEMBER 1: DEPART IAD

SEPTEMBER 2: Arrive in Istanbul, transfer to domestic flight to Cappadocia. Check in, lunch and dinner on own.

SEPTEMBER 3: Breakfast at the hotel. All day tour.
Description: Visit iconic sites like Göreme Open Air Museum with its stunning frescoes, Devrent Valley's animal-shaped rock formations, and Pasabagi (Monks Valley), home to hermit shelters and fairy chimneys. Enjoy panoramic views of Göreme and Uçhisar's rock castle.

SEPTEMBER 4: After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Istabul. Upon arrival at the Barcelo Istanbul Hotel, check-in at 3pm, lunch/dinner on own.

SEPTEMBER 5: Breakfast at hotel. Day at Leisure. Lunch and dinner on your own.

Bizantine and Ottoman Tour: In the heart of the “Old City” you will stumble upon:

Hagia Sophia (Aya Sofya) is a UNESCO-listed museum that contains Ottoman and Byzantine works. From the Golden Age of Byzantine Empire, this once a Christian church is one of the most extraordinary buildings in the history of architecture. Listen to its history and examine the architecture together with a professional guide. Visit to the Blue Mosque with six minarets, which was built at the bequest of Sultan Ahmet I, and is one of the best preserved and most significant examples of Ottoman architecture. Continue to Istanbul Hippodrome where chariot races were held. It was the center of Byzantium’s life for 1000 years and of Ottoman life for another 400 years and has been the scene of countless political dramas. Journey is the Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world. Its numerous shops are bursting with everything you can imagine, from jewelry to silk clothing, and traditional copper ware to exotic, Oriental imports and many more hidden gems.

Topkapi Palace with Harem, the largest and oldest palace in the world to survive to our day and also was the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for approximately 400 years.

Hagia Irene Church, built during the same period (4th century) as its neighbour the Hagia Sophia.The name Hagia Irene Church means ‘’Godly’’ or ‘’Holy Wisdom’’ in Greek. After the conquest of Istanbul it was incorporated into the grounds of Topkapı Palace and like many other churches was converted into a mosque. However there were no major changes made to the building structure.

Bosphorus Dinner Cruise: Enjoy magical views of Istanbul from the Bosphorus on this dinner cruise. Sail on a yacht and watch a show with traditional Turkish folk dancing. Enjoy dinner and drinks while seeing sights like the Dolmabahçe Palace, the Galata Tower, and the Bosphorus Bridge.

MISSED PAYMENTS: Missed payments could result in cancellation of your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, you will not receive a refund because you have prevented VEI from selling the package to someone else.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. Only complete the registration for your spouse/roommate if you will be paying for both reservations. You will receive ONE invoice and VEI will not be able to separate future payments made. If you want to pay separately, please have your roommate/spouse complete a separate registration so that VEI may issue two invoices and your payments will be recorded separately.

2. If you are completing the reservation for your roommate/spouse, you are also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for them.

3. If you are selecting SINGLE OCCUPANCY, please enter "N/A" in the space for roommate.

4. If you do not have a roommate at the time you are booking, please enter PENDING. You have 30 days to find a roommate and have them register. If you do not have a roommate after 30 days, your invoice will be updated to SINGLE Occupancy with the single rate. VEI does NOT offer Roommate Matching.

Vacation Envy International will only research the passport and Visa requirements for US citizens, therefore, we are unable to accept reservations for non-US citizens.

All vacation packages require a passport and sometimes a VISA. If a VISA is required, everyone will purchase the VISA at the arrival airport. You do not need a passport to book this trip now, but you MUST have a passport at least 5 MONTHS BEFORE the departure date. ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER: Client is aware that travel such as client is undertaking on the Trip may involve hazardous activities, some in remote areas of the world. Inherent hazards and risks include, but are not limited to, risk of injury or death from: motor vehicles collisions, animals, roadway hazards, slips, and falls, consumption of alcoholic beverages, tainted food, or non-potable water; exposure to the elements, including heat, cold, sun, water, and wind; my own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including tour guides, other guests, VEI and its employees, agents and/or representatives; attack by or encounter with insects, reptiles, and/or animals; accidents or illness occurring in remote places where there are no available medical services; fatigue, chill, overheating, and/or dizziness,; known or unknown medical conditions, physical excursion for which you are not prepared or other such accidents; the negligence or lack of adequate training of any third-party providers who seek to assist with medical or other help either before or after injuries have occurred; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Client understands the description of these risks is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip, client is willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of travel. Client hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of VEI and agrees to and shall hold harmless and fully release VEI from any and all claims associated with the trip, including any claims of third party negligence and you hereby covenant not to sue VEI for any such claims or join any lawsuit or action that is suing VEI. This agreement also binds your heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION. CLIENT AGREES THAT VEI, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF VEI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, SUCH DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE OR VEI WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO VEI FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE OUT OF WHICH SUCH LIABILITY AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and, as such, some portion of the above limitation may not apply to Client. In such jurisdictions, the liability of KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC , its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Licensors, Licensees, Service Providers, Employees, Agents, Officers, and Directors will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless VEI, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of VEI services, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

COVID-19 Release: YOU expressly acknowledge that naturally occurring diseases and viruses (including, but not limited to, the currently widespread COVID-19) may be present and actively occurring in all environments in which your vacation will take place. You acknowledge the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. You acknowledge that COVID-19 has made travel uncertain due to government closures and travel restrictions. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact (however the exact method of spread remains unknown). You also understand that if you are older or have underlying conditions, you may be more prone to serious infection and death due to COVID-19. As a result of the highly infectious nature of this disease, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing, wearing of PPE (including masks), and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. You acknowledge that exposure to such viruses or disease is an inherent risk of traveling, that cannot be controlled or eliminated by VEI. By making a booking at this time, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk for yourself and any minors traveling with you, that you or they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by traveling and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. You understand that you may become sick before the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation will be subject to our cancellation terms below. You also acknowledge that you may become sick during the trip and that your travel plans may change, for which we will not be liable. You understand the description of the risks due to COVID-19 is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, death or any other loss. You agree that having considered these risks, you, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, desire to book travel at this time and that you freely and voluntarily assume complete personal responsibility for the risk of exposure, illness, death, delay, postponement, change, and cancellation due to COVID-19, for yourself and any minors traveling with you, even if such injuries or losses occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time the booking is made. You agree that due to uncertainty cause by COVID 19, VEI has strongly encouraged the purchase of travel protection coverage including cancel for any reason coverage, and that should you fail to purchase travel protection coverage, VEI shall not be liable to any losses howsoever arising. You, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, and on behalf of your and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Kenbridge Unlimited, LLC d/b/a Vacation Envy International, its officers, agents, and/or employees, suppliers, and other participants (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, CHANGES, INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH OR ANY OTHER LOSS you may suffer due to exposure, infection, spread, closure, and travel restrictions related to COVID- 19, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. All destinations and suppliers have their own rules related to COVID-19. For example, you may be required to quarantine upon arrival in some locations. Some locations may require masks or social distancing, they may require you to provide proof of vaccination or negative testing. Stopover countries requirements will also apply. On your return home, additional testing, requirements, or documentation may be required. While we will try to assist you in understanding these requirements, you are responsible for understanding these requirements and must not rely on any representations made by VEI. Should you be denied entry to any destination, we shall not be responsible for any such denial, or any cost associated therewith. You understand that you may become sick before the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation will be subject to our cancellation terms below. You also acknowledge that you may become sick during the trip and that your travel plans may change, for which we will not be liable.

I Agree: I was advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my financial investment and provide reimbursements for medical and dental, loss luggage and other benefits.

I Agree: To the above payment plan and I understand monthly payments are required to maintain my reservation. I also understand the above late fees will apply if final payment is not received by June 1, 2026.

I Agree: I have a current US Passport or I am planning to receive my passport prior to February 2026.

I understand: VEI will provide information regarding required VISAs and I will incur all costs for the VISA.

I Agree: At the time of booking, I am able to handle a moderate amount of walking at a moderate pace while unassisted. I am able to handle my own luggage if required to carry for 2-3 flights of stairs. I am aware that if my physical abilities change prior to the trip, I am not entitled to a refund of any tours or excursions that require a moderate amount of walking while unassisted. VEI or our suppliers (hotel, tour operators, etc. are unable to provide or accommodate wheelchairs, canes, scooters, etc.).

I understand circumstances beyond the control of VEI could result in a change in hotel(s), tours, and flights. When necessary, alternates of equal or greater value will be added to the itinerary.

I Agree: I understand hotel rooms are selected by the hotel staff. VEI does not have the ability to accommodate those that require connecting rooms or rooms on a specific floor or location. Room selection is based on availability at the time of check-in. Nor can Vacation Envy International guarantee walk-in showers or handicapped assessible rooms..

I Understand: VEI will always request NON-SMOKING rooms. However, VEI can not guarantee your room will not smell like smoke. VEI will assist you by working with the hotel staff to obtain a different room of the same category if you are assigned a room that smells. Changing rooms will be based on hotel availability, you may be required to wait until the next day.

I Understand: VEI will always request hotel(s) with free wi-fi. However, VEI cannot guarantee the hotel’s wi-fi service will work during the duration of our stay. VEI cannot guarantee the hotel will not change its policy prior to our arrival and decide to charge for wi-fi service.

I Understand: Double occupancy rooms will consist of two twin beds only. A single room or a room selected for two clients sharing one bed will consist of one queen or one king size bed.

I Agree: I have been advised that when booking Group Travel, travelers will be able to select seat(s) 24-48 hours prior to the departure date (going and return flights). Specific seats (aisle or window) may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please work with the airline staff at check-in for upgrades or requests for extra leg room seats.

I Agree: I understand I will receive my flight reservation and round-trip E-ticket 21 days prior to departure.

I Understand: VEI cannot make arrangements for those with special dietary needs. Please plan accordingly.

I Agree: All correspondence from VEI will be via email. It is my responsibility to check my inbox for notices at least once a week. VEI will not be responsible for missed deadlines.

I Agree: This booking is non-transferrable, and funds cannot be used towards a future trip.

I Agree: Please ensure your roommate is also making the required payments toward the trip. If your roommate’s reservation is cancelled, you will be required to pay the single occupancy rate.

I Agree: I understand the no-refund policy after submitting my first payment. If flights are cancelled and country borders are closed, the trip will be rescheduled. You will have the option to travel the new dates or request a travel credit.
