Credit/debit card payments will incur a 5% transaction fee.

Your invoice number can be used as your account number or memo.

Also, there is a $35 Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee for all returned checks. After two (2) returned checks, payments must be made by credit/ card (with an additional 5% transaction fee per transaction) or money order. For example, if you want to pay $500, a transaction fee of $25 will be added to your invoice. A minimum payment of $300 is required for credit/debit card payments. Credit/debit card payments will be processed by our supplier, GoWay Travel LTD.

Please note, those wishing to pay by credit/debit card are required to successfully complete GoWay Travel’s credit authorization process. The form is provided upon request, the client would be required to complete it and email it to info@vacationenvyintl.com. VEI will then forward the completed document to GoWay Travel for processing.

PAYMENT PLAN – Minimum REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to adhere to make payments of at least $200 per month. VEI is required to make payments toward your space, and we can only do that with your payments. Failure to make payments will result in cancellation.

Departure Day Info

Leaving on March 3, 2024, we’ll depart Dulles International Airport around 11:00 a.m. After a 13 hour flight on **Emirates Airlines (there is only one flight per day going to Dubai), we will arrive in Dubai where we will be met by private, luxury tour buses and English speaking tour guides (MARCH 4).

After a comfortable, 30 minute ride, we will arrive at the PARAMOUNT HOTEL DUBAI . Check-in begins at approximately 2 p.m. After eating lunch, each traveler will receive a card key and room assignment - individual check in or credit card not needed, however, the hotel front desk staff will scan the passport of each guest.

During your stay in the UAE, you will enjoy FIVE tour/excursions that are included in your purchase price. All excursions are optional for those planning to create their own excitement.

Last Full Day: On our last full day in Dubai (March 9), we will begin checking out of the hotel at 9pm. We will be picked up by our private tour buses at 10 p.m and make our way to the Dubai International Airport to check-in for our return flight home leaving at 2 a.m. (UAE time) March 10. We will arrive at Dulles at approximately 9 a.m. on March 10.

All Day Tour of Abu Dhabi: Full-day tour of Abu Dhabi, with air-conditioned transport. Learn about the history and culture of the UAE’s capital city from an expert guide. Visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque to admire the domes, minarets and rich decorations. Wander around the craft workshops, souks and recreations of Bedouins. Experience the traditional way of life in the desert at the Heritage Village. Visit The Corniche and admire the breathtaking views. Enjoy a buffet lunch (included) at a harbor restaurant. View the striking new cultural centers and museums at Saadiyat Island. See the vast Ferrari World and Formula 1 race track at Yas Island.

Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner: Experience the best of the Dubai desert on a 6-hour safari that takes you into the dunes on a thrilling ride in a 4x4 jeep. Head to a camel farm for a camel-ride and then to a high point in the desert where you can enjoy the sight of the setting sun. Nothing can compare to the magic of the desert sunset, with a gentle breeze blowing over the dunes and the distant call of the muezzin. As dusk falls you’ll move to the desert camp where a delicious BBQ dinner awaits. Start off with some traditional Arabic bread cooked over an open fire. You’ll enjoy the entertainment of a belly dancer and traditional Arabic music, or you can just lie back and relax and listen to the sounds of the desert. During your safari you can also get a henna tattoo, and more.

Burj Khalifa. We will head to Dubai Mall and visit the world’s tallest tower Burj Khalifa. Your ‘At the Top' Burj
Khalifa vist will answer all of your questions from your vantage point on level 124 of the world’s tallest building! You will have some free time at Dubai Mall on your own. At 5:00pm, drive back to hotel. The rest of the evening is at your own leisure.

The Modern Dubai Tour: Some of the architecture in Dubai defies belief and on this 5-hour Dubai architecture tour, you will see its most incredible landmarks up close. Traveling by coach or minivan with an expert guide sharing the story of each sight, marvel at architectural feats such as the sail-like Burj Al-Arab, Burj Khalifa, stunning Palm Jumeirah Island and more. Learn how Dubai turned from a fishing village to a space-age city, gain insight into how each building was constructed, and finish at the Dubai Fountain Show — another of the city’s iconic sights.

The Dubai Frame. Take in stunning views of Dubai in a picture-perfect frame and enjoy breathtaking views of the exorbitant skyline the city is world-famous for. Go to the top and enjoy stunning panoramic views of the waters down below. Discover the museum and see the evolution of Dubai into the buzzing metropolitan city that it is and the future plans for the city. There are no refunds after booking.

You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance immediately if you are interested in Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. VEI does not sell travel insurance, you must purchase from a third party.

MISSED PAYMENTS: Missed payments could result in cancellation of your reservation. If your reservation is canceled due to non-payment, you will not receive a refund because you have prevented VEI from selling the package to someone else.

REGISTRATION: THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. Only complete the registration for your spouse/roommate if you will be paying for both reservations. You will receive ONE invoice and VEI will not be able to separate future payments made. If you want to pay separately, please have your roommate/spouse complete a separate registration so that VEI may issue two invoices and your payments will be recorded separately.

2. If you are completing the reservation for your roommate/spouse, you are also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for them.

3. If you are selecting SINGLE OCCUPANCY, please enter "N/A" in the space for roommate.

4. If you do not have a roommate at the time you are booking, please enter PENDING. You have 30-60 days to find a roommate and have them register. If you do not have a roommate after 60 days, your invoice will be updated to SINGLE Occupancy with the single rate. VEI does NOT offer Roommate Matching.

5. You do not need a PayPal account to register. Debit/Credit cards are accepted by PayPal.

6. You do not need a PASSPORT to register. You will need to have a valid US passport within 4 months of departure. If you do not have a passport or your passport will expire before September 10, 2024, please make plans to apply for your new passport before December 2023.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER: Client is aware that travel such as client is undertaking on the Trip may involve hazardous activities, some in remote areas of the world. Inherent hazards and risks include, but are not limited to, risk of injury or death from: motor vehicles collisions, animals, roadway hazards, slips, and falls, consumption of alcoholic beverages, tainted food, or non-potable water; exposure to the elements, including heat, cold, sun, water, and wind; my own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including tour guides, other guests, VEI and its employees, agents and/or representatives; attack by or encounter with insects, reptiles, and/or animals; accidents or illness occurring in remote places where there are no available medical services; fatigue, chill, overheating, and/or dizziness,; known or unknown medical conditions, physical excursion for which you are not prepared or other such accidents; the negligence or lack of adequate training of any third-party providers who seek to assist with medical or other help either before or after injuries have occurred; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Client understands the description of these risks is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip, client is willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of travel. Client hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of VEI and agrees to and shall hold harmless and fully release VEI from any and all claims associated with the trip, including any claims of third party negligence and you hereby covenant not to sue VEI for any such claims or join any lawsuit or action that is suing VEI. This agreement also binds your heirs, legal representatives and assigns. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION. CLIENT AGREES THAT VEI, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF VEI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, SUCH DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE OR VEI WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO VEI FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE OUT OF WHICH SUCH LIABILITY AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and, as such, some portion of the above limitation may not apply to Client. In such jurisdictions, the liability of KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC , its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Licensors, Licensees, Service Providers, Employees, Agents, Officers, and Directors will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless VEI, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of VEI services, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

I Agree: I was advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my financial investment and provide reimbursements for medical and dental, loss luggage and other benefits.

I Agree: To the above payment plan and I understand monthly payments are required to maintain my reservation. I also understand the above late fees will apply if final payment is not received by December 31, 2023

I understand: VEI will provide information regarding required VISAs and I will incur all costs for the VISA.

I Agree: At the time of booking, I am able to handle a moderate amount of walking at a moderate pace while unassisted. I am able to handle my own luggage if required to carry for 2-3 flights of stairs. I am aware that if my physical abilities change prior to the trip, I am not entitled to a refund of any tours or excursions that require a moderate amount of walking while unassisted. VEI or our suppliers (hotel, tour operators, etc. are unable to provide or accommodate wheelchairs, canes, scooters, etc.).

I understand circumstances beyond the control of VEI could result in a change in hotel(s), tours, and flights. When necessary, alternates of equal or greater value will be added to the itinerary.

I Agree: I understand hotel rooms are selected by the hotel staff. VEI does not have the ability to accommodate those that require connecting rooms or rooms on a specific floor or location. Room selection is based on availability at the time of check-in.

I Understand: VEI will always request NON-SMOKING rooms. However, VEI can not guarantee your room will not smell like smoke. VEI will assist you by working with the hotel staff to obtain a different room of the same category if you are assigned a room that smells. Changing rooms will be based on hotel availability, you may be required to wait until the next day.

I Understand: VEI will always request hotel(s) with free wi-fi. However, VEI cannot guarantee the hotel’s wi-fi service will work during the duration of our stay. VEI cannot guarantee the hotel will not change its policy prior to our arrival and decide to charge for wi-fi service.

I Understand: Double occupancy rooms will consist of two twin beds only. A single room or a room selected for two clients sharing one bed will consist of one queen or one king size bed.

I Agree: I have been advised that when booking Group Travel, travelers will be able to select seat(s) 24-48 hours prior to the departure date (going and return flights). Specific seats (aisle or window) may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please work with the airline staff at check-in for upgrades or requests for extra leg room seats.

I Agree: I understand I will receive my flight reservation and round-trip E-ticket 21 days prior to departure.

I Understand: VEI cannot make arrangements for those with special dietary needs. Please plan accordingly.

I Agree: All correspondence from VEI will be via email. It is my responsibility to check my inbox for notices at least once a week. VEI will not be responsible for missed deadlines.

I Agree: This booking is non-transferrable, and funds cannot be used towards a future trip.

I Agree: Please ensure your roommate is also making the required payments toward the trip. If your roommate’s reservation is cancelled, you will be required to pay the single occupancy rate.
