Upon completion of the registration form, you will be required to pay a $99 registration fee using PayPal, that will be applied to the balance of your trip. Upon completion (and confirmation) of the registration process you will receive a Welcome Email and an invoice from Freshbooks, Inc. Do allow two (2) business days to receive these items. AIRLINE & HOTEL INFORMATION

AIRFARE INFORMATION:

Airfare details will be provided in late November 2024. We most likely will use one of the following airlines: Air France or United Airlines.

For those that want to purchase their own airfare, please choose the LAND Only package.

LAND ONLY: Once the airfare rates are available online, I will provide detailed instructions on how to purchase your airfare for Nice, France. You can use your credit/debit card, use POINTS, pick your seats, upgrade to business class and pre-pay for checked luggage. These are things you CANNOT do if you decide to go with the group contract for air.

Nice Hotel Cote D'Azur. Featuring a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a bar, Boutique Hotel Nice Côte d'azur is located in the center of Nice, a 13-minute walk from Plage Lido. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The property provides evening entertainment and a concierge service. The hotel will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms with a desk, an electric tea pot, a fridge, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. At Boutique Hotel Nice Côte d'azur each room comes with bed linen and towels. The accommodation offers a buffet or continental breakfast. Popular points of interest near Boutique Hotel Nice Côte d'azur include Plage du Ruhl, Plage Sporting and Plage Blue Beach. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 6.2 miles from the hotel.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE

A $99 deposit via PayPal is required to hold your space until your first payment is due.

There are no refunds after the first payment has been made. Payments are made and required to hold your space until the day of departure and arrival.

You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through a 3rd party immediately if you are interested in Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. The cost is based on the price of your package and your age.

Vacation Envy International doesn't sell travel insurance, therefore, all questions regarding benefits, coverage, or cost of a policy should be directed to TravelSafe or the company of your choice.

MISSED PAYMENTS: Missed payments could result in cancellation of your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, you will not receive a refund because you have prevented VEI from selling the package to someone else.

TOUR OF EZE, MONACO & MONTE CARLO - 9 hours

Experience panoramic views from the cliff's roads leading from Nice to Monaco. Discover the charming hilltop village: Eze. Awake your senses through a guided tour of a perfumery (free of charge). Continue toward the principality of Monaco, discover the charm of its old town, crowned by the Prince's Palace (entrance included), the majestic cathedral (free admission) that hosts Grace Kelly's grave, as well as the outstanding oceanographic museum (only from outside). The amazing lap of the Formula 1 track will unveil the high precision of the "Grand Prix" course. Then discover the legendary square of Monte Carlo.

ST. TROPEZ TOUR - All Day

Meet your coach and guide for a transfer to the cruise pier in Nice.

9:00am cruise from Nice to St Tropez [guide stays with the group] [roundtrip tickets in standard class]. 11:30am arrival in St Tropez. Upon arrival there will be a guided tour of St. Tropez on foot. Explore the cobblestoned street of la Ponch, the old fishing district of the city, although yachts now outnumber fishing boats. The city is famed because of the influx of various artists of the Yé-yé movement in music and the French New Wave in cinema. Today it has become a resort destination for both European and American jetsetters and tourists. At 4:30pm cruise back to Nice. Meet your coach for a transfer back to your hotel.

CANNES, - 9 hours

Meet your coach and guide for full day (9hrs) excursion to Cannes, Grasse, Gourdon and St. Paul de Vence. Drive to the bay of Cannes, along the sandy beaches and luxurious boutiques. Enjoy a private walking tour with your guide: stroll on the mythic Croisette's boulevard and imagine the glamour of the annual film festival's red carpet, walk amongst celebrities' footprints. Then, continue to Grasse and enjoy some free time in the old town. Reach Gourdon, "Balcony of the French Riviera" that culminates over the "big blue sea". Wind down the river Loup to reach the "Jewel of our beloved Provence": Saint Paul de Vence.

LERINS ISLANDS - 8 hours

Upon arrival to port, take a ferry to St Honorat (return ticket included)

Witness the Beauty of Lerins Islands on a full day trip to St Honorat Island.

The island, located approx. one mile by boat from Cannes off the French Riviera, is an absolutely stunning destination where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean along with exotic beaches, long shores, and turquoise water. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of the historic 10th century chapel (fee included) followed by a wine tasting (including St Pierre : mix of Clairette and Chardonnay / St Honorat : Syrah) Note: The wine tastings take place in the vineyard and last 35 minutes.

Lunch at Restaurant La Tonnelle (3 course set menu / drinks excluded). Free time on the Island and return to Cannes by ferry. Upon arrival at the port, transfer back to the hotel by private coach.

Last full day - Explore, shop, go to beach, relax on your own.

The deposit is $99 per person. You should only submit a $198 deposit, if you are signing up for your travel partner and will be responsible for paying for their entire trip. You do not need to submit a $99 deposit for your PENDING roommate. They are REQUIRED to complete their own reservation.

If you select SINGLE OCCUPANCY, do not add PENDING to the roommate section! You should enter N/A. If you do not have a roommate YET but plan to, please select DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.

You do not NEED a passport to sign up! Your passport information is needed approximately 5 months before the trip.

Your reservation is not complete and confirmed until after the $99 deposit has been paid.

VISAs: If a Visa is required for France, information will be provided by VEI at least 60 days before departure.

Vacation Envy International will only research the passport and Visa requirements for US citizens, therefore, we are unable to accept reservations for non-US citizens or if you do NOT have a passport issued by the US government.

All vacation packages require a passport and sometimes a VISA. If a VISA is required, everyone will purchase the VISA at the arrival airport. I Understand: A COVID-19 vaccine may be required to travel to France for tourism.

I Agree: ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER - Client is aware that travel such as client is undertaking on the Trip may involve hazardous activities, some in remote areas of the world. Inherent hazards and risks include, but are not limited to, risk of injury or death from: motor vehicles collisions, animals, roadway hazards, slips, and falls, consumption of alcoholic beverages, tainted food, or non-potable water; exposure to the elements, including heat, cold, sun, water, and wind; my own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including tour guides, other guests, VEI and its employees, agents and/or representatives; attack by or encounter with insects, reptiles, and/or animals; accidents or illness occurring in remote places where there are no available medical services; fatigue, chill, overheating, and/or dizziness,; known or unknown medical conditions, physical excursion for which you are not prepared or other such accidents; the negligence or lack of adequate training of any third-party providers who seek to assist with medical or other help either before or after injuries have occurred; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided.

I agree: Client understands the description of these risks is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip, client is willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of travel. Client hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of VEI and agrees to and shall hold harmless and fully release VEI from any and all claims associated with the trip, including any claims of third party negligence and you hereby covenant not to sue VEI for any such claims or join any lawsuit or action that is suing VEI. This agreement also binds your heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

I Understand/agree/accept: LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION. CLIENT AGREES THAT VEI, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF VEI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, SUCH DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE OR VEI WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO VEI FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE OUT OF WHICH SUCH LIABILITY AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and, as such, some portion of the above limitation may not apply to Client. In such jurisdictions, the liability of KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC , its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Licensors, Licensees, Service Providers, Employees, Agents, Officers, and Directors will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless VEI, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of VEI services, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

I Read/Agree/Understand: COVID-19 Release - The client expressly acknowledges that naturally occurring diseases and viruses (including, but not limited to, the currently widespread COVID-19) may be present and actively occurring in all environments in which your vacation will take place. You acknowledge the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. You acknowledge that COVID-19 has made travel uncertain due to government closures and travel restrictions. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact (however the exact method of spread remains unknown). You also understand that if you are older or have underlying conditions, you may be more prone to serious infection and death due to COVID-19. As a result of the highly infectious nature of this disease, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing, wearing of PPE (including masks), and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. You acknowledge that exposure to such viruses or disease is an inherent risk of traveling, that cannot be controlled or eliminated by VEI. By making a booking at this time, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk for yourself and any minors traveling with you, that you or they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by traveling and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. You understand that you may become sick before the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation will be subject to our cancellation terms below. You also acknowledge that you may become sick during the trip and that your travel plans may change, for which we will not be liable. You understand the description of the risks due to COVID-19 is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, death or any other loss. You agree that having considered these risks, you, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, desire to book travel at this time and that you freely and voluntarily assume complete personal responsibility for the risk of exposure, illness, death, delay, postponement, change, and cancellation due to COVID-19, for yourself and any minors traveling with you, even if such injuries or losses occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time the booking is made. You agree that due to uncertainty cause by COVID 19, VEI has strongly encouraged the purchase of travel protection coverage including cancel for any reason coverage, and that should you fail to purchase travel protection coverage, VEI shall not be liable to any losses howsoever arising. You, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, and on behalf of your and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Kenbridge Unlimited, LLC d/b/a Vacation Envy International, its officers, agents, and/or employees, suppliers, and other participants (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, CHANGES, INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH OR ANY OTHER LOSS you may suffer due to exposure, infection, spread, closure, and travel restrictions related to COVID- 19, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. All destinations and suppliers have their own rules related to COVID-19. For example, you may be required to quarantine upon arrival in some locations. Some locations may require masks or social distancing, they may require you to provide proof of vaccination or negative testing. Stopover countries requirements will also apply. On your return home, additional testing, requirements, or documentation may be required. While we will try to assist you in understanding these requirements, you are responsible for understanding these requirements and must not rely on any representations made by VEI. Should you be denied entry to any destination, we shall not be responsible for any such denial, or any cost associated therewith. You understand that you may become sick before the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation will be subject to our cancellation terms below. You also acknowledge that you may become sick during the trip and that your travel plans may change, for which we will not be liable.

I Agree: I was advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my financial investment and provide reimbursements for medical and dental, loss luggage and other benefits.

I Agree: To the above payment plan and I understand monthly payments are required to maintain my reservation. I also understand the above late fees will apply if final payment is not received by July 1, 2025.

I Agree: I have a current US Passport or I am planning to receive my passport prior to 5 months before departure.

I understand: VEI will provide information regarding required VISAs and I will incur all costs for the VISA.

I Agree: At the time of booking, I am able to handle a moderate amount of walking at a moderate pace while unassisted. I am able to handle my own luggage if required to carry for 2-3 flights of stairs. I am aware that if my physical abilities change prior to the trip, I am not entitled to a refund of any tours or excursions that require a moderate amount of walking while unassisted. VEI or our suppliers (hotel, tour operators, etc. are unable to provide or accommodate wheelchairs, canes, scooters, etc.).

I understand circumstances beyond the control of VEI could result in a change in hotel(s), tours, and flights. When necessary, alternates of equal or greater value will be added to the itinerary.

I Agree: I understand hotel rooms are selected by the hotel staff. VEI does not have the ability to accommodate those that require connecting rooms or rooms on a specific floor or location. Room selection is based on availability at the time of check-in.

I Understand: VEI will always request NON-SMOKING rooms. However, VEI can not guarantee your room will not smell like smoke. VEI will assist you by working with the hotel staff to obtain a different room of the same category if you are assigned a room that smells. Changing rooms will be based on hotel availability, you may be required to wait until the next day.

I Understand: VEI will always request hotel(s) with free wi-fi. However, VEI cannot guarantee the hotel’s wi-fi service will work during the duration of our stay. VEI cannot guarantee the hotel will not change its policy prior to our arrival and decide to charge for wi-fi service.

I Understand: Double occupancy rooms will consist of two twin beds only. A single room or a room selected for two clients sharing one bed will consist of one queen or one king size bed.

I Agree: WHEN APPLICABLE. I have been advised that when booking Group Travel, travelers will be able to select seat(s) 24-48 hours prior to the departure date (going and return flights). Specific seats (aisle or window) may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please work with the airline staff at check-in for upgrades or requests for extra leg room seats.

I Agree: WHEN APPLCIABLE. I understand I will receive my flight reservation and round-trip E-ticket 21 days prior to departure.

I Understand: VEI cannot make arrangements for those with special dietary needs. Please plan accordingly.

I Agree: All correspondence from VEI will be via email. It is my responsibility to check my inbox for notices at least once a week. VEI will not be responsible for missed deadlines.

I Agree: This booking is non-transferrable, and funds cannot be used towards a future trip.

I Agree: Please ensure your roommate is also making the required payments toward the trip. If your roommate’s reservation is cancelled, you will be required to pay the single occupancy rate.
