We may add more later if there is a demand for space. Once the last space is sold, the page will be deactivated, and it will be inaccessible.

Upon completion of the registration form, you will be required to pay a $99 registration fee using PayPal, that will be applied to the balance of your trip. Upon completion (and confirmation) of the registration process you will receive a Welcome Email and an invoice from Freshbooks, Inc. Do allow two (2) business days to receive these items. LAND ONLY DETAILS:

VEI encourages clients to purchase your airfare online when possible. Group air contracts are very restrictive (some airlines more than others). When purchasing your own airfare, you are able to select your seats, pay for extra leg room seats, pay for First and Business Class and use credit cards to obtain travel points.

VEI will provide the group flight itinerary in early January 2025. With this information clients who choose LAND ONLY packages can purchase the same flights as the group, or choose flights from your home city. Those that select flights that do not match the group's itinerary may be responsible for your airport transfers.

For LAND ONLY packages, the domestic flights from Bangkok to Phuket ARE INCLUDED in the advertised price.

Private Full Day Bangkok Highlights: City, Temples and Klong Tour

Start the day visiting two of the most impressive sights in the city. The Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho is an enormous Buddha covered in gold leaf and lying majestically on its side. The Grand Palace has no equal and is a must see for every visitor to Bangkok. Built by King Rama I in 1782 it was the centre of power for more than 150 years; today it is Bangkok's most celebrated landmark. Within the compound is the Temple of The Emerald Buddha - Wat Pra Kaew - which houses Thailand's most precious image of the Lord Buddha. Lunch will be served in a Thai restaurant. Next, travel along the picturesque Chao Phraya River and through the klongs (canals) of Thonburi. Observe and photograph the serene family homes and temples along the waterways which gave the city the name Venice of the East. Finally, pay a visit to one of the city's most photographed sites, the shimmering Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). The majestic shrine has a pagoda of 76m high. It is decorated with glazed ceramic pieces that reflect the sun's rays and give the temple its name. Duration: 6 Hours

DISCOVER MAEKLONG RAILWAY MARKET & DAMNOEN SADUAK FLOATING MARKET

Depart early morning for the two hour drive to the Damnoen Saduak floating market. En route, you will visit the Maeklong Railway Market, the name says it all: it is a market which has a train running right through the middle of it, multiple times a day. The market offers everything you expect a Thai market to offer but the Maeklong Railway Market differentiates itself from the other markets by having a railway located in the middle. If the products for sale are not placed on the railway itself, they are placed really closed to it. Every time the train is about to drive through, the vendors recognize the warning bell and they immediately jump out of their chairs to pull back their awnings and when needed their products as wel,l so the train will not hit the vendors’ belongings. Tourists and the vendors gather together very close, but far enough, along the railway to let the train pass by safely. For many tourists this is the moment to take a video or a picture of this impressive moment. Right after the train has passed the stands, the vendors immediately place their belongings back at the railway and it looks like nothing has happened. Then we continue our drive to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, to see the traditional way of selling and buying goods in Thailand. Tour duration: 5 hours

Depart from our pier to PHI PHI ISLANDS. Arrive at the beach on BAMBOO ISLAND, enjoy swimming, snorkeling and relaxing on the beach.

Amazing sightseeing at MONKEY BEACH and VIKING CAVE, enjoy and take photos. Discover the PHI PHI LAY and include PI LEH COVE for swimming and snorkeling.
Arrive at RANG YAI ISLAND which has a beautiful and long sandy beach, enjoy swimming and relaxing on the beach. Arrive at Royal Phuket Marina and transfer to your hotel.

There are no refunds after booking. Payments are made and required to hold your space until the day of departure and arrival.

You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance immediately from a 3rd party company if you are interested in Cancel For Any Reason Insurance.

MISSED PAYMENTS: Missed payments could result in cancellation of your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, you will not receive a refund because you have prevented VEI from selling the package to someone else.

Everyone is responsible for completing this booking form and agreeing to all terms, UNLESS you are a couple paying for both reservations. I would caution against completing the reservations for friends.

I Agree: ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER - Client is aware that travel such as client is undertaking on the Trip may involve hazardous activities, some in remote areas of the world. Inherent hazards and risks include, but are not limited to, risk of injury or death from: motor vehicles collisions, animals, roadway hazards, slips, and falls, consumption of alcoholic beverages, tainted food, or non-potable water; exposure to the elements, including heat, cold, sun, water, and wind; my own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including tour guides, other guests, VEI and its employees, agents and/or representatives; attack by or encounter with insects, reptiles, and/or animals; accidents or illness occurring in remote places where there are no available medical services; fatigue, chill, overheating, and/or dizziness,; known or unknown medical conditions, physical excursion for which you are not prepared or other such accidents; the negligence or lack of adequate training of any third-party providers who seek to assist with medical or other help either before or after injuries have occurred; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided.

I agree: Client understands the description of these risks is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip, client is willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of travel. Client hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of VEI and agrees to and shall hold harmless and fully release VEI from any and all claims associated with the trip, including any claims of third party negligence and you hereby covenant not to sue VEI for any such claims or join any lawsuit or action that is suing VEI. This agreement also binds your heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

I Understand/agree/accept: LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION. CLIENT AGREES THAT VEI, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF VEI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, SUCH DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE OR VEI WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO VEI FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE OUT OF WHICH SUCH LIABILITY AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and, as such, some portion of the above limitation may not apply to Client. In such jurisdictions, the liability of KENBRIDGE UNLIMITED, LLC , its Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Licensors, Licensees, Service Providers, Employees, Agents, Officers, and Directors will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless VEI, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of VEI services, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

COVID-19 Release: YOU expressly acknowledge that naturally occurring diseases and viruses (including, but not limited to, the currently widespread COVID-19) may be present and actively occurring in all environments in which your vacation will take place. You acknowledge the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. You acknowledge that COVID-19 has made travel uncertain due to government closures and travel restrictions. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact (however the exact method of spread remains unknown). You also understand that if you are older or have underlying conditions, you may be more prone to serious infection and death due to COVID-19. As a result of the highly infectious nature of this disease, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing, wearing of PPE (including masks), and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. You acknowledge that exposure to such viruses or disease is an inherent risk of traveling, that cannot be controlled or eliminated by VEI. By making a booking at this time, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk for yourself and any minors traveling with you, that you or they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by traveling and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. You understand that you may become sick before the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation will be subject to our cancellation terms below. You also acknowledge that you may become sick during the trip and that your travel plans may change, for which we will not be liable.You understand the description of the risks due to COVID-19 is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, death or any other loss. You agree that having considered these risks, you, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, desire to book travel at this time and that you freely and voluntarily assume complete personal responsibility for the risk of exposure, illness, death, delay, postponement, change, and cancellation due to COVID-19, for yourself and any minors traveling with you, even if such injuries or losses occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time the booking is made.

You agree that due to uncertainty cause by COVID 19, VEI has strongly encouraged the purchase of travel protection coverage including cancel for any reason coverage, and that should you fail to purchase travel protection coverage, VEI shall not be liable to any losses howsoever arising. You, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, and on behalf of your and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Kenbridge Unlimited, LLC d/b/a Vacation Envy International, its officers, agents, and/or employees, suppliers, and other participants (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, CHANGES, INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH OR ANY OTHER LOSS you may suffer due to exposure, infection, spread, closure, and travel restrictions related to COVID- 19, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. All destinations and suppliers have their own rules related to COVID-19. For example, you may be required to quarantine upon arrival in some locations. Some locations may require masks or social distancing, they may require you to provide proof of vaccination or negative testing. Stopover countries requirements will also apply. On your return home, additional testing, requirements, or documentation may be required. While we will try to assist you in understanding these requirements, you are responsible for understanding these requirements and must not rely on any representations made by VEI. Should you be denied entry to any destination, we shall not be responsible for any such denial, or any cost associated therewith. You understand that you may become sick before the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation will be subject to our cancellation terms below. You also acknowledge that you may become sick during the trip and that your travel plans may change, for which we will not be liable.

I Agree: I was advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my financial investment and provide reimbursements for medical and dental, loss luggage and other benefits.

I Agree: To the above payment plan and I understand monthly payments are required to maintain my reservation. I also understand the above late fees will apply if final payment is not received by September 1, 2024

I understand: VEI will provide information regarding required VISAs and I will incur all costs for the VISA.

I Agree: At the time of booking, I am able to handle a moderate amount of walking at a moderate pace while unassisted. I am able to handle my own luggage if required to carry for 2-3 flights of stairs. I am aware that if my physical abilities change prior to the trip, I am not entitled to a refund of any tours or excursions that require a moderate amount of walking while unassisted. VEI or our suppliers (hotel, tour operators, etc. are unable to provide or accommodate wheelchairs, canes, scooters, etc.).

I understand circumstances beyond the control of VEI could result in a change in hotel(s), tours, and flights. When necessary, alternates of equal or greater value will be added to the itinerary.

I Agree: I understand hotel rooms are selected by the hotel staff. VEI does not have the ability to accommodate those that require connecting rooms or rooms on a specific floor or location. Room selection is based on availability at the time of check-in.

I Understand: VEI will always request NON-SMOKING rooms. However, VEI can not guarantee your room will not smell like smoke. You agree to work with the hotel staff to obtain a different room of the same category if you are assigned a room that smells. Changing rooms will be based on hotel availability, you may be required to wait until the next day.

I Understand: VEI will always request hotel(s) with free wi-fi. However, VEI cannot guarantee the hotel’s wi-fi service will work during the duration of our stay. VEI cannot guarantee the hotel will not change its policy prior to our arrival and decide to charge for wi-fi service.

I Understand: Double occupancy rooms will consist of two twin beds only. A single room or a room selected for two clients sharing one bed will consist of one queen or one king size bed.

I Agree: I have been advised that when booking Group Travel, travelers MAY be able to select seat(s) 24-48 hours prior to the departure date (going and return flights). Specific seats (aisle or window) may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please work with the airline staff at check-in for upgrades or requests for extra leg room seats.

I Agree: I understand I will receive my flight reservation and round-trip E-tickets approximately 21 days prior to departure.

I Understand: VEI cannot make arrangements for those with special dietary needs. Please plan accordingly.

I Agree: All correspondence from VEI will be via email. It is my responsibility to check my inbox for notices at least once a week. VEI will not be responsible for missed deadlines.

I Agree: This booking is non-transferrable, and funds cannot be used towards a future trip.
