Camp Registration Fees:

DAY CAMP ONLY (Mon to Fri, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm)

One Week $130/week

Four – Seven Weeks $125/week

Eight/Nine Weeks $120/week

· INCLUDES:

- Participation in all activities during the week(s) registered

- Admission for Major Trips (Wednesdays)

- One T-shirt (Additional T-shirts cost $10.00)

EXTENDED PROGRAM (offered in partnership with Oakleaf School):

One – Three Weeks $200/week

Four – Seven Weeks $195/week

Eight/Nine Weeks $190/week

· INCLUDES:

- Everything listed above, plus

- Drop Off from 7:00 am/ Pick Up to 6:00 pm

- Daily Breakfast, Lunch & 2 Snacks (even on trip days) Provided

Further Notes re: Payment

1. Receipts will be issued at the end of the summer. If a duplicate copy is needed upon filing your tax return, please contact the church office.

2. Returned cheques – Any cheques that are returned by your bank (NSF) are subject to a $15 administration fee.

3. Refunds will only be granted if the child has not attended any of the activities on a weekly basis. Many of our trips require pre-paid registration with non-refundable deposits.
