Any detrimental actions, spoken, written or physical, including purposly discouraging contestants from competing in this system, by any contestant, parent or visitor of, regarding this system, any individual associated with or a part of, can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I also understand that any copying/use of material, to include website information, graphics, “Don’t just wear the crown; use the crown to make a difference”, pageant name, or titles used by this system- for any reason including for financial gain of another individual or pageant, is strictly prohibited and if this happens, the individual, company, pageant, associated with or a part of, can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Royal Productions, USA, Miss Georgia Girl, America's Mrs. Georgia, America's Girl, America's Woman, America's National Girl and Woman, America's Little Girl - Mrs., Pennie Stathes, John Stathes or any volunteer, cannot be held liable for damages or injury to individuals or their property before, during or after any event involving an appearances for the above systems. I understand that no refunds are given for any reason. I further understand that if I register for this pageant and do not attend, a 25% processing charge will be billed and I am responsible for paying the amount (if a deposit equal to has not been paid).
