By signing below I agree to abide by the following
rules and responsibilities of a Kensington Kitties foster parent.

I will provide loving attention, socialization and proper care for my foster animal.

I understand that my foster animals are not allowed outside access. I will notify Kensington
Kitties immediately if a foster animal is lost or stolen.

I will contact Kensington Kitties immediately at any signs of distress, injury or illness in my fostered animal.

I will not take the cat to a veterinarian for medical treatment without first contacting Kensington Kitties and getting approval to take the cat to one of Kensington Kitties veterinarians. Kensington Kitties is responsible for the medical care of a fostered animal. Kensington Kitties is not responsible for medical bills incurred if I take the cat to a veterinarian of my choice.

I understand that I am providing temporary shelter and my foster animal must be adopted out only with Kensington Kitties knowledge and through Kensington Kitties adoption procedures. A Kensington Kitties representative may visit my home during the time I am fostering an animal. I understand that Kensington Kitties has the right to remove any fostered animal from a home. Kensington Kitties will always take the animal back at any time for any reason if the foster situation does not work out.

I understand that Kensington Kitties will not be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property caused by a foster animal in my care and I agree to indemnify and hold Kensington Kitties harmless from any such injury or damage.

I understand that the history of most rescued animals is unknown and Kensington Kitties will not be held responsible for any inadvertent exposure of foster parents or their own animals to unknown diseases or other medical conditions. I knowingly accept this risk on behalf of myself and my own animals.

This is a Foster Agreement only. To adopt a cat or kitten that I am fostering, I must sign a Kensington Kitties Adoption Contract.
