By signing below I agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
I agree to provide a loving home with adequate food, shelter and water at all times; provide window screens to prevent escape or fall; transport the Cat/Kittens in an animal carrier and keep them indoors; provide proper veterinary or medical care as needed.

If the adoption does not work our or if I can no longer keep the animal anytime during its lifetime, I agree to return the animal to Kensington Kitties and not to give the animal to a shelter, rescue group or any individual. Kensington Kitties WILL ALWAYS TAKE THE ADOPTED CATS/KITTENS BACK AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.

I understand that there is no guarantee of the health of any animal. All Cats/Kittens are tested for FIV/FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed and neutered/spayed. I will notify Kensington Kitties promptly in the event of any pre-existing health issues that may arise as soon as the Cat or Kitten is in my home. I will not hold Kensington Kitties responsible for any veterinary bills for medical care for these health issues if I choose to take the Cat or Kitten to the veterinarian of my choice.

I will accept legal guardianship and responsibility for the animal I am adopting and    agree to hold Kensington Kitties harmless from any injury or damage to any person, other animal or property caused by said animal in the future and from any causes of action, claims, suits or demands that may arise as a result of such injury or damages.
