Humble ISD Announcements

Are you coordinating a campus, department or PTA/PTO event that needs to be promoted district-wide? The Public Information Office is here to help! District-wide announcements will be sent out on Fridays. Please use this form to submit your request.

Please be advised if events are taking place on school premises, the District may require additional information relating to insurance coverage for vendors. If you have questions, call Risk Management at 281-641-8048.

The form is for scheduled school events. Announcements about deaths and funeral arrangements will be handled individually with personalized attention. Please call Public Information at 281-641-8200 to share this type of sad news.

* What school and/or department is your announcement from?

* Most announcements will be sent out twice. They must be submitted by MONDAY for FRIDAY announcement. Choose two FRIDAYS you would like for it to go out. We will do our best to follow your choices!

* Now choose a second Friday for your announcement to go out.

You MUST upload a flyer for your event here!. Flyers will only be excepted if they are in a PDF or WORD DOCUMENT.
