The requests are generally checked from 9:00am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. You WILL have to call us at least an hour before the appointment to confim. This form allows you to request time with a model in advance. Please follow the instructions.

What's Next?

We check appointment requests from 9:00am until 5:00pm Mondays through Friday. Keep this in mind when you are requesting an appointment.

Once we get your request, we check the model's schedule and if they are available, we "pencil you in". We will let you know via email or phone (how ever you asked us to in the form) that you are scheduled. You will need to call us about an hour before your actual appointment to confrim.
