Why do I keep getting logged out? (Session has Expired)
A:
Sessions expire after 2 hours of inactivity. Additionally, many of our email features have tight security which resets your login. If you click on a FormSite.com link included in an emailed or mass emailed mailing originating from FormSite.com, you will most likely be logged out. Users of your forms will not face these issues.
