Q:
My web developer has left and I don't know my account or password. What can I do?
A:
Please provide us as much information as possible via the Support Form to verfiy your identity. Include a URL to one of your forms, the previous name on the account, who paid for the account and ideally include a reply email address from the same domain or company as your web developer.
