Time: 8:00 am Shot Gun Start

Individual Fee: $100 NOW Extended to September 7th

$125 – if registering September 8th - September 10^th

Note: Individual golfers will get paired with other individuals into teams of 4

Group Fee (4 People): $400 NOW Extended to September 7th

$500 – if registering September 8th - September 10^th

Golden Crest Group Fee (4 People): $800
